After looking at our trailer they told us we just needed to patch the tire. I was going to replace two of the tires and they said they had the tires in stock. When the mechanic looked he said he wouldn't advise using the 12 ply and suggested getting 14 ply. They didn't have them in stock. Instead of trying to make a sale they looked out for our safety first. We frequent the area for rodeos. We will be sure to recommend them to others. Honest and respectful.

I was warmly welcomed to the store when I arrived and the service advisor tried hard to find the specific tires that I ordered. Couldn't find them. Thankfully, he had alternatives in stock and he honored the original price. A few minutes later, I headed across the street for a breakfast bite while the team worked away. A text message that the car was ready and I returned. All set and the work was complete. When you include the road hazard cover, the disposal fee, the this-that-and-the-other fee and such, it's not cheap. But they were thorough, friendly and I am confident in the new tires on my daughter's SUV. At least now if she hits another curb, the tires will be replaceable at this or any other Discount Tire. Complete scams and tries to take advantage of people (especially women) and take their money.
