I feel like you can't really trust a lot of car shops now a days, but we trust Barney's! The service was so fast and reliable. I had gotten told at a Dobbs in a bigger city that I needed to replace my shocks and struts and it would cost me about $1000. I took it to Barney's and they ran a bunch of tests and within an hour they told me there's nothing wrong with and I don't need them fixed for a while. They get us in every time without fail. The staff is kind and trust worthy and keep it real with you about your car and their opinions. I really appreciate the honesty!

Well since this was state certified inspection center and I was stuck in town for the week I thought why not. I got my car fixed. Had to get new tires and realignment. Everything looked good. I thought they had done a swell job. However it wasn't until a couple weeks later when I took it to my mechanic that I realized the people at Royer Tire Service only did a patchwork job. This enabled me to get me passed inspection and ultimately protected them from the state if my car were to fall apart on the road. Although they did a patchwork job that allowed me to pass inspection, I wish they would have took the time to assess the other areas of my car that were in need of repair. For instance, they originally said I needed four new tires which I agreed to. When I came back the next day, they had ordered only two. A couple of weeks later at my mechanic, I realize that not only do a need those two additional tires, but also a kit to fix the realignment. So the moral of this story is use a mechanic that you are familiar with and be aware of those you are unaware of who do patchwork to get you by. It'll only cost you more in the long run.

I've already paid Kevin's auto repair $425 for nothing and wasted so much money and stranded living at my job since 12/16/2025!!!! Kevin's auto repair are criminals fair warning. This has ruined my life! Response: first of all not living in my jeep I have a home in Miami, OK but uber is damn expensive back and forth to home when I work 12 hour shifts as a crisis specialist! And the driveshaft has nothing to do with driving back and forth to joplin for work I haven't been to Disney since last summer when I found out I have to get a modified front driveshaft for my jeep and when I do go to Disney I stay on trails that are not rough for it! I said I had money to repair it but after I was told it was only going to be $312 I paid my bills for the month! And I never said I have no responsibilities that is a lie too!!!You're absolutely evil. My hobby and what I do with my jeep to cope with the stuff I see for work is not negligence it is absolutely self-care for me to be out in nature so I can help folks. That's probably true for some, maybe, possibly, the majority, but there are those who do. They may not be "subject matter experts", but it's not rocket science. The owner, Dana, tries to paint himself t in the light and believes he's always right. He doesn't want the truth out there that may paint a bad, yet true, picture. He may have his hair share of happy customers, yet I'd be willing to bet, that summer of them have no idea what was, or was not done, they just "trusted" that the job was done, and done right. Please educate yourselves on the totality of damage to your vehicle has, what's needing find, what else may have been impacted, what's being done, as well as if it was actually done, not to mention if it was done properly, and professionally. Just remember, they're getting paid no matter what, whether it be you that pays, your insurance company, your deductible (you), and your insurance, or even the other person's insurance. So, I won't mention the insurance fraud that took place, I just ask that before you take your vehicle here, or any other place for that matter, please take the time to maybe learn something new. Your vehicle just may be YOUR LIFELINE, it's not theirs. Worry more about the mechanical, working parts that make, or help, the vehicle go down the road, not how pretty, or nice it looks. The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.
