Mr. Norm Grant and his Wife Evelyn were very knowledgeable about photo restoration. I was certain that the photo I brought in was not fixable. I had in fact taken it to another studio who had given up on it. Within 2 days, Evelyn had been able to extract so much information from the photo and clean it up - it was more than I expected, but all that I hoped for! No! Skip this place. there's a reason it doesn't have any reviews that are current. The owner seems like a very nice guy, and it's nice to see an old man still working. First off, he talked a lot about everything in the world but what I was there for. Mist importantly, he charges hundreds of dollars more than Tempe camera or Thomas restoration. He wanted over $500 for a 30 x 20 scan, with an out-put of only a 16 x 20 as a result. whereas, Tempe camera charges less than $100, dimensions in tact. read more

Norm Grant is the best in customer service! Wifey brought over many old photos to inspect and Norm spent a lot of time showing us and explaining all the intricate areas we never noticed. He's an artist and my wife's civil war photo of her grandpa is still on display. read more
