They don't even acknowledge that we reached out or applied. When a rental became available with Royal Realty, I immediately called the agent listed for the rental expecting no answer. However, he answered the phone immediately and was very pleasant and helpful! I was shocked! I told him, "Wow, thank you for even answering your phone! Most agents completely ignore my emails and calls." Rodney has consistently communicated with me throughout the viewing and application process. He has been the ONLY agent that has done so throughout our three months of hunting for a rental for our family. Just about when I was going to give up on finding a rental, we met Rodney today in person to view the rental and he was so kind and thorough. He explained every part of the home and even took us around the property to show us where the shared units were located, ones that we were not applying for, but that we would be sharing the space with. He took the time to get to know us as people and made us feel seen and welcomed. Most agents we've seen in person unlock the door and just tell us, "Okay you can go look inside" and never really talk to us or show us around. He was very transparent about the application process and the owners needing time to decide if they would be willing to accept our multiple pets. I told Rodney regardless of the outcome, I truly appreciated his timely and consistent communication with us and meeting him today. We are hopeful that the owners will accept our family and multiple pets, but even if not, our experience with Rodney makes us want to find a rental with this company since we know they will take care of us and our needs.     Horrible service from Rhiannon. Called to ask some questions and get clarification about a…read moresituation with the building and got rude and sassy responses. She would raise her voice and talk to me like I'm dumb or a child. I called back to get her name and her managers info to file an official complaint and it escalated to an argument that went on for a good 5 minutes because she wouldn't give me the info and denied acting the way she did. I work in customer service answering calls daily so I know the expectations. For a customer service rep to argue back and allow the situation to escalate the way it did is crazyyy. I've also read other reviews and she was mentioned before for the same thing within a year so it seems like this isn't just a bad day, it's who she is. BUT, I gave 2 stars instead of 1 or zero if I could because once I was able to get the info for her higher up, Brian, I emailed him immediately explaining what happened. He had given me a call within the hour (which I highly appreciate) and apologized about how my call was handled by her, and calmly given me the info and clarification I was looking for when I originally called. It was quick, simple, and respectful. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to respond to my email at all and I wasn't expecting it to be that quick either so I really appreciate the urgency to make the situation right.

Had to move out from the 4th floor with the broken elevator and paid for services I didn't need had it been fixed in a timely manner. But, they did tell me over the phone that they aren't responsible for the elevator issues. You know, the "property management company". They also told me that there would be another update posted at a later date. Said date was after our move out date, which they confirmed at the beginning of the call. Very helpful information! It is what it is, if you're renting from these guys, pray to God your elevator doesn't break down I guess. Good luck to my former neighbors living another year without an elevator.

They take a significant risk buying homes from people who often have no other options. Sometimes they come out ahead, but sometimes they lose money -- including on one of my deals. I was shocked, but Borger said, "I gave you my word so I will eat the losses." The hateful comments here seem to be from people inexperienced in real estate. I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I know quality when I see it, especially when they step up when the going gets tough. I would work with them again in a second.

Michael Borger offered his condolences for the loss of my father then in the same breath basically said he would give me cash to offload my dad's property "as is." First of all, I know my father's death is public knowledge but to contact me directly suggests that this company is trolling obituaries and are doing their homework to specifically contact the executor of one's estate. Why would you just assume I would want or need to 'get out' of any kind of 'situation?' Additionally, I'm going to assume the ignorance card has been played here so this review is more, educational, if you will. Sir, please learn your demographic. Filipino people, are beyond proud to own their homes. Most Filipinos would sooner sell all their earthly belongings before they sell their home. Also, while considered a superstition to the West, please Google the use of red ink when writing a living person's name.

Being that I live literally walking distance, my son and I decided to go into the bank to make change. The front door is locked due to obvious reasons. It's a sketchy area with numerous homelessness. However, upon waking in with no greetings, I was asked what service I was needing. I simply explained that I just needed to make change. The teller asked if I had an account. I answered no. He then says he will need to ask if it would be ok. So my son and I waited. He comes back and says that because we don't have an account and the bank "doesn't have enough cash" he is unable to break my $20. Now, I've worked as a teller as a first time job out of high school & I know that's a bunch of bull. Thank goodness there was a kind enough customer waiting along with us and offered to break my $20. The thought of even opening an account with this institute after this experience would be a joke! Just because it's a sketchy area, doesn't mean EVERYONE is sketchy that walks into your branch.
