One order was successful (2 buckets). Second order was damaged (1 of 2 arrived). Impossible to reach them to fix/refund. Too bad.

I brought in two 10lb co2 tanks that I got in a marketplace bulk brewing purchase. My tanks were expired so I got some extra helpful info. co2 tanks expire every 5 years and need to be recertified. If your tanks are expired you can exchange the same size here for a fee plus the refill fee. A 10lb tank exchange is currently $45 for a certified tank plus the refill fee. They don't trade up or down sizes and they didn't have any 10lb in stock but are expecting more in a few days on the next delivery so I left with the empty tanks that I brought. I've driven past this place thousands of times and funally had a reason to stop in and check it out, I will go back here next time I need to.

Great place for CO2!…read more Drive up and there was an employee that was already helping another customer. He was helping load their tanks. He saw me and asked if I had a refill and I handed the tank to him. He told me to go inside and tell them I had a 20 pound tank refill. I went inside and within 30 seconds, 3 people said, "We'll be right with you". Why 3? They were having a team meeting it looked like but the front desk person wasn't there to help me immediately. They were all so polite and nice! After about 5 minutes total, I had paid and walked outside. The tank was already waiting for me outside! I had never been here or dealt with a gas filling situation but this place made it SO SO easy. Cost for a 20 pound CO2 tank was about $50. They did have a $0.39 per pound surcharge due to a shortage. They also had it as a different line item as a "temporary surcharge" so I have no reason to believe they're trying to gouge their customers. Normally it'd have been ~$35.

Man, these guys are great. If you are going to spend some money in San Jose on hydroponics for it…read morehere. Started off my having an issue upon walking in. I left. Went to my car, wrote a negative review and was preparing to leave when I realized: I needed to tell them my issues with the shop in person if I was going to do so online. So I went in. Started off super upset and was quickly put at ease and the issue was immediately seen to. Here is where things get good. I asked the guy to help me out with a setup. Not only did he do that, but took the time to explain the science behind every step. I'm in this industry and needed some help with some rather advanced questions and this guy really helped out. I have 10 years professional experience and didn't really think I'd learn much during my visit but as soon as the customer service part of our visit was done I quickly realized I'd do well to ask this gentleman questions and listen to the answers. He had 15 years experience that sounded like 30. Planned to spend more than I did and purchase more than I did. I spent less and was assured I didn't need more. Where else, in any industry will someone tell you "oh, you don't need to spend more". It goes against the American capitalist business model not to squeeze me for a bit more cash so you can continue to grow. Thanks.

We came on 4th of July weekend and it wasn't too busy which was nice, but they were still fully staffed and very attentive. We spread out and took over a couple tables...they have about 30 of them so there are plenty to go around, and they're all under shade. The Porta potties were clean with ability to wash hands which was definitely needed with the paint. There is also plenty of parking, and not too far off a main road.

Unfortunately, with the closure of Santa Clara Paintball, Sunol is the best closest option for those of us who reside in the South Bay. The Good: *Friendly staff & referees *The have more games than just team vs team deathmatch, like medic and capture the flag. *Port-o-potties available *Price is fairly reasonable for $66/per that gets you a gun, mask, and five hundred paintballs. *The kids seemed to have fun and that's all that's important The Meh: *Weekends only for walk-on play (weekdays are open for private events of 20+ people) *Reservations system is a bit convoluted, as you have to fill out an online form and then wait for them to send you a bill for a $10/per deposit to be paid via Paypal to secure your rental equipment. You don't *need* a reservation but you take the chance you might show up with no equipment available to rent. Also, the $10 comes out of your rental fee, unless you no-show in which case you have to was eat it. The Ugly: *Sunol is known for always being extra warm in the summer, so be sure to arrive early to beat the heat and bring more water than you think you'll need. Conclusion: Fun spot to pop a cap in the boiiizzzz!!!
