So I went online and made an appointment and soon received confirmation of my appointment. Walking in for my appointment you are greeted in what I would call concierge type of engagement from the greeting, and engagement on my service. I sat in a nice waiting room and my service was completed within 30 minutes. They offer coffee, water comfortable furniture and TV of course. When I brought it in one Friday afternoon after it had just shut off on the road. The first place I took my car to told me I needed a new engine and it would cost me at least $6,000 after 20 Minutes of looking at my car. When I left in tears I took my car to Parra Car Care where they actually did the research took my whole engine apart to try to diagnose the issue and actually did the research to find out that my car had an engine recall in which case all of the repairs would be covered by the dealer! The owner is super nice and doesn't take advantage of people who are already in a bad spot with their vehicle. He's only gonna charge you for what really needs to be done.
