Originally we planned to do the move ourselves. We thought it would be no big deal..... It would've been an absolute disaster. We thought it would take us 1 to 2 days. It would've taken a week. Murdocks Moving crew came in at 8 am sharp, wrapped everything that could get dirty or broken in bubble and plastic wrap and didn't break a single item. They got us moved out of our house in Chico, and moved into our new house in Roseville, in less than a day. It was so easy. They made the entire day actually a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Had we done it ourselves, it would've been an extremely frustrating and miserable day.....or several miserable days. It would've taken us at least two or three days just to load two large U-Haul's, and another couple of days to unload into our new house, which had a steep driveway and a very rocky and bumpy entryway to the front door. They had all of the tools and knowledge to make it no problem at all. I'm not sure we would've been able to get some of our items into the house without dropping them or breaking them with Murdocks. My only warning to you is, If you're considering moving without hiring Murdocks.....DO NOT DO IT!

Besides just moving in/out, upon our request they moved a few pieces here and there until we were happy when the furniture fit. The trio was very courteous, efficient and kind. Their wittiness made the move much more pleasant and the day(s) seemed to go by faster. We consider BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO as assets to Ernies. They were definitely the "A" TEAM!!

My parents moved out of their 4000 plus square foot house they had lived in for almost 40 years. They spent their life collecting art and antiques.
