Hopefully someone from the restaurant will read this and pass along the appreciation for a job done well. Food was all warm, well prepared and fresh. I ended up throwing it in the trash it was so disappointing. For $15.24, the sandwich had no cheese, the roast beef portion was very small and the meat was super dry. It was quite a departure from the description of "marinated and slow roasted beef, PILED HIGH with melted provolone." The onions and peppers I paid extra for were abysmal - maybe 2 slivers of each. Additionally, the district chips and dip I upgraded my side to were terrible - the chips were chewy and stale and cheese (while flavorful) was congealed.
