I know my dog is a lot to handle! The lobby is always clean, and they do a good job spacing out appointments, so animals aren't in the lobby together. That can get hectic. The staff is generally nice but this place has high overhead and way to many different vets feeding on customers and relying on a high cash flow so it's all about the money, they want a lot of new customers with easy problems so the packed schedule never get's interrupted and messes up the cash flow.
