I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! First of all, my leather seats were NEVER touched like he said he "was" going to do and "oil them up". Secondly, he ONLY wiped my dashboard and NOTHING else. IM SO SERIOUS when I say that I left my car in the shop for 4 hours and the only thing he did was vacuum my car and wash my car outside gently. When I seen it I told him why is there marks on my leather and on my ceiling boards and doors, mans reply was, " oh those are my hand prints, here it's an easy clean" and proceeded to clean it. it didn't matter at that point anymore after my car was left with him for 4 HOURS!!!! oh and if you by any chance decide to go with him take pics of your car before bcs my trunk is damaged now due to his lack of knowledge of which solutions to use on the car for what- he called it " milk stains" when the car is fairly new. it might of been bcs I was a woman that he thought he fooled me I just hope this post gets you sir! This made me a little nervous to say the least. As you would never put degreaser on unprotected paint. If you have a new/newer car, I would recommend Steven at All Pro Detailing and Ceramic Coating to protect it. It's going to preserve the value of your vehicle. It's going to make it shine like you've never seen it shine before. And it makes the car stay cleaner longer and so much easier to clean. You just need to rinse the dirt right off.
