What we wanted was a cleanout valve placed in our pipes because from Time to time we have problems at this time we did not have a blocked pipes But what there is a large rain the drainage is slow at this time there was no problems the sewer.The Plumber came out and I had to run to the bank and the gentleman said it would be all right because his camera Battery was dead and it took 45 minutes to charge the Battery. My husband was here but he is in a Wheel chair and has very poor memory and doesn't not write checks or take of the money.. The bank was only about 10 minunts away and I hsd an appointment and Knew I would be back in a few minutes . We have 360 plus on my telephone and it shows that I was back in less than 30 minutes I have physical proof on my phone from June 1,2026 .When I got back the plumber was gone and My husband was laying down and the checkbook was out I saw where my husband had written a check for nothing Nothing was done. The camera was just starting to charge and it takes 45 minutes to charge, The plumber did nothing and we notified the office of such. The plumber ripped off a man with poor memory and in a Wheel chair dependent veteran. He charged him for something and did nothing. He sent an estimate for almost 12,000 dollars and charged my husband almost 600.00 for nothing . This is criminal .This company had great reviews of general small jobs but none for big jobs .. He Las o wanted us to replacer commode and put a larger commode in my husbands bathroom We did not request changing our commodes. This company needs to be reported to channel nine they are criminal

He replaced a section of the pipes that had the leaks. At the same time I asked about installing a new kitchen faucet for us and was told that someone would be back the next day. In the meantime I also discovered that we had no hot water. The next morning another member of the company was at our house bright and early to install the faucet and also to check on the hot water heater. The issue was not the tank only the thermostat which was replaced immediately and both of our issues were fixed in a very timely and efficient manner. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

Just in Time Plumbing assisted me with an issue regarding a Sump Pump at my home. Steven and Peter…read morecame out to assess the issue and informed me that my pump was completely broken. With this being a new house, my warranty coverage had not yet expired. I reached out to my original plumbing company, and they would not cover the warranty. Additionally, I reached out to my builder who claimed there was nothing they could do for me. After going through this process, I was looking at spending a few thousand dollars for a new pump. I reached back out to Just in Time, and they assisted me by going through their distributor to process my pump warranty. This saved me over $2,000! Just in Time (specifically Peter and Steven) went out of their way to help me when no one else would. I am extremely grateful and will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
