He replaced a section of the pipes that had the leaks. At the same time I asked about installing a new kitchen faucet for us and was told that someone would be back the next day. In the meantime I also discovered that we had no hot water. The next morning another member of the company was at our house bright and early to install the faucet and also to check on the hot water heater. With this being a new house, my warranty coverage had not yet expired. I reached out to my original plumbing company, and they would not cover the warranty. Additionally, I reached out to my builder who claimed there was nothing they could do for me. After going through this process, I was looking at spending a few thousand dollars for a new pump. I reached back out to Just in Time, and they assisted me by going through their distributor to process my pump warranty. This saved me over $2,000!
