The person ahead of me made it a point to have biscuits and gravy plus cinnamon rolls to go. Cinnamon roll got my attention! I ended up ordering a ham & cheese biscuit - got two mini ones for the price of one, plus a cinnamon roll. The latter kept really well refrigerated which I later ate for breakfast before work during the week. Nice that it was a manageable size and not too cloying with glaze...Goldilocks just right, lol. Maybe part of an off batch. I typically do like cardamom centered things. This wasn't my favorite is all I can say. One suggestion I would hope gets implemented is cost of goods displayed for each item. I can say I was surprised at the total during check out. I do go to a lot of bakeries, cafes and artisanal shops. I always felt more at ease knowing what I was getting into from a financial standpoint. Tip is to look at their discounted items. They are a steal. My partner got the avocado omelette, it came with toast and hash browns. We were surprised by how fluffy and soft the toast was, definitely the best toast we've had at any breakfast spot. He said the omelette was tasty too. We also grabbed some coffee and pastries before we left. I had a spicy German sausage and a chocolate bar, my partner got an apple fritter and an apple pull apart. I had the chocolate bar later after our hike. It was sweet and fluffy, not too heavy since I had it with coffee. Then I had the German sausage for dinner. The sausage was actually spicy, not just a mild black pepper kind of American European spicy, but a real deal spicy. I loved it! Staffs in the bakery were very friendly and attentive too. (not sure) The folks that work here get real busy and may get agitated by the time you get to put in your order. I am local here, so I see this often when I come and grab coffee. Its not bad where I have had too much experienced someone with an extremely bad attitude but we are human and have our days. The stand looks clean and well kept. I am not a big fan of the biscuits and gravy which they have here and I am not rating based off of that but I think it would be good to mention this for folks to know, it is not for me.
