So me and my friend always come down to this starbucks for our usual breakfast sandwich and mango dragon lemonade, never had there been a problem until today. Usually the staff is kind and friendly and make good drinks. But today we ordered the same drink as always but when we received them we noticed something totally wrong with the drinks, it had tasted like the lemonade had gone BAD, it was sour and had some nutty flavor ?! I'm not one to complain or go back so we tried to ignore it, given we had never had a prior problem, but there was no way we could finish those drinks. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch so i go in by myself asking for a remake and they kindly remade it for me. But then a new problem began once the drink they just made had the same rancid flavor the previous did. By this time my friend and I had both come back into starbucks bringing to their attention that maybe their lemonade had gone bad, they brushed this off by saying "hopefully nothings wrong with it " and walking away from us while we were explaining what was wrong with the drinks. They kept offering us to remake our drinks but we were explaining we didn't want new drinks, just for them to be sure they weren't serving bad lemonade to others. If you like to eat skin flakes, you'll love it here!! I went here earlier today to grab a coffee and a sandwich (the gouda is the best!!). However, when I noticed the lady working there handling food without gloves and the mask hanging off her top lip I quickly changed my mind. Not to mention how rude she was. I drive by this Starbucks on my way to work and have recently been stopping for coffee. Well I think I'll pass next time as I have yet to have a smooth experience at this location. The first time I went in and ordered and it took them 15 minutes to get my drink onto the bar, and it turned out they made it wrong. They made me a new drink, and again it was made wrong. I will add that it wasn't a complicated order. I just took it and left because at this point it had been 20 mins for one drink. I went again today, but the drive through this time. The person taking my order was very confused about my basic order being part decaf. When I got to the window she ignored me as she took several drive through orders and did some other tasks, as my drink was right beside her on the counter. When she finally got to me she was not friendly at all. Basically, go somewhere else if you can. read more

Do not care for this Starbucks, they are so busy with the drive up or call in orders if you go in and order from barista it will take you up to 15 minutes to get your order. It isn't good for meeting friends, tables are so close together there is no way to have a conversation that is at all private in nature. Much prefer the other coffee shops in town, better service and prices and visiting. read more

Not my favorite Starbucks ever, but it's nice that there is a real one in Duvall now. No more going into Safeway to get that sugar-free vanilla latte! The seating can be a bit awkward, as tables are placed oddly. However, there are some comfy chairs if you can grab them before someone else does. The review before me is SPOT ON!!!!! I don't know why, but this location is so inconsistent with the drinks. Usually not at all good but every now and then they get it right. Why do I come back when I'm seldom happy with my drink? Because it's on the way to Redmond. For every 5 drinks, usually 1 MAYBE 2 actually tastes good and like it's supposed to. I always get the same drink at Starbucks, no matter the location : skinny vanilla latte. It's not a complicated drink and all the other Starbucks seem to always use the same uniform recipe, so why can't this local get it right??? Same with my husband's drink of choice, the non-fat, no whip mocha. Just can't get it right like all the other Starbucks in the world. We go through the drive-thru at this Starbucks every single morning (M-F) on the way to Redmond for work. They are always quick, friendly and consistent. We can always tell when someone new is working because usually they recognize my husband's voice and know exactly what we want! Just passed by this place for a jogging on the nearby trail. It took a lot of patience to get what we ordered. Now I have the same feeling as Lynn, who commented early, "Someone needs to go and spend some time teaching them how to pull a good shot of coffee because they have no clue". And it was terribly slow. Plus, the tea we ordered was with a cap covered with a layer of dirt and dust and we had to ask for a replacement.
