Stopped by this local coffee shop on a weekday morning and was glad I did! It was my first time at this shop and I will be back! I chose a popular latte from the seasonal menu, the baklava latte. It was pretty good, not overly sweet but also not too bitter. The shop is cozy with good seating options and a small "take one leave one" bookshelf, which I always appreciate! Moved in across the street and checked out this neighborhood coffee shop. Cute and welcoming vibe. Owner, staff and regular patrons make you feel right at home. The drinks and service are consistent. Local coffee shop. Always busy, always friendly, and consistently good. Tucked in the south end of the shopping center attached to Redmond Ridge. Next to Redmond Watershed Preserve. Ordered a cappuccino and enjoyed it But the only thing I didn't particularly like is that they aren't serving them in the coffee mugs even for the dine-in option. This place was awesome! Nestled in the corner of a little strip mall in the Redmond area, this is a perfect spot to grab a cup of joe and relax (or get some work done, in my case). I was waiting for a customer to get out of a meeting, so I needed a place to plop down and bang away at my laptop. Not only was it near to where I was going, but the coffee was excellent! The baristas working here were super friendly, and very quick to get a cup into my hand after I ordered. The inside was very quiet, and everyone else seemed to be focused on their laptops/newspapers/whatever. I was there for about an hour and was able to get completely caught up on my administrative work while finishing off a nice cup of espresso. Next time I'm in the area, and need a cup of coffee, I will DEFINITELY be heading to Cypress! read more

We were looking for a dry cleaner and stumbled along this place in the businesses that were near the dry cleaner. So happy to have found it AND it has a drive thru!!! The interior is so calming and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the coffee.....YES, it was so good. Nice to discover this place and will definitely be back. I tried the Scratch latte which I asked what was in it and can't remember but it was super yum. My boyfriend had the Flat White and that was also delicious. The baristas were nice but they were eating very openly in front of the register and where they make the coffee. It wasn't just a quick bite, it was a full sandwich and a bowl of something. No hand washing either. Only good thing about this place is the ambiance. It's quiet, cozy, and beautiful inside. I'm somewhat of a regular here when I am in town. It's a great place to get a yummy cup of coffee and do work. They tend to be busier in the mornings and clear up in the afternoon, but I wish they were open at least until 5. The baristas are all friendly and wonderful and I appreciate that they try to remember my order :) The ambiance is also great for studying, with a lot of other people doing work, plenty of outlets, good wifi, and a nice PNW feel to the cafe. Really cool spot with good coffee. I would give a higher rating but I ordered an oat milk matcha latte and it wasn't green at all and tasted like warm oat milk. Fortunately, when I went back the next day and asked for them to put extra matcha in, they did and it was much better! The ambience amid great and they have a drive through! This is such a cute coffee shop. First off their baked goods are delicious! I've tried the spinach bread and the chocolate croissant and it's delicious! One of my favorite coffees is The Mocha and Scratch. It's also conveniently located right across the street from where I live so being able to have a coffee break and enjoy a little walk is nice for someone who works from home. The staff is so nice! They're always bubbly and helpful whenever I have any random questions about anything. It's also ver charming when regulars come in and they have their small talks. I so want to like Cypress. It's okay at best. It's big and a good location to meet people and hang out. But the coffee just isn't anything special. It isn't gross or anything, but there's nothing I'd go out of my way for. The employees are nice and I know I will be treated respectfully. That's huge, so that's why they get 3 stars. I came in last Tuesday evening after work. I seriously love this place! There was nobody at the front when I got in so I was carefully browsing the deli, baked good options as well as the coffee. This kind woman came up front and I asked her what the 'scratch latte' was and she gave me the description and it sounded good so I decided to try it. I also saw the squash bread and decided to give that a try as well since I was hungry. The guy there was also nice and he made my latte, saying "12 oz scratch latte...whenever you're ready" so I thought that was cool when they say you do not have to pick it up right away... It's a great study area as well as ambience! Staff is friendly. The latte was really delicious as well as the squash bread - it was moist and yummy! I wish the cafe was open until 9pm, they close at 7pm most days. Their access to wifi is readily available up front and all lower case letters so it's not a problem to put in. I will definitely come back again! The cafe is located on a corner and they even have a convenient drive thru service! read more

Was my first time going here today and I absolutely loved it! They have such a cute interior with a lot of space to come with friends or come and do work or read alone! There is a really cool bar that connects inside and outside. The latte was so so good! I had oat milk which was frothed perfectly!! They also have house made syrups and I added the lavender syrup in too and it was probably the best lavender flavor I've ever had in coffee. I am definitely coming back for another. My mom had a regular latte with whole milk and wasn't over the moon about it, but loved mine. Oat milk is the move. We also shared a morning glory muffin and it was tasty! read more

After a frustrating experience where another coffee shop wasn't open, though the internet said it would be, we ventured up the hill to this new spot. Coffee is good. They serve Campos Coffee. I got a traditional cappuccino, made with almond milk. Barista gets a bonus point for not asking me what size I wanted the traditional cap (this gave me hope). It came out nice, good flavor in the roast. Maybe a little wet, but it's hard to get a great foam on almond milk, so that's forgivable. Husband got an almond milk chai. Chai is housemade and super good. I'll be interested to try their housemade chocolate, caramel, etc. And think they might be able to create some good seasonal drinks. I don't think they'll make them too sweet (although, I haven't tried a Flavored latte here yet...so don't quote me on that one!) Pastries look yummy.... But we haven't tried them yet. read more

One of my favorite coffee shops in Redmond! I undoubtedly always come here to study or get some work done. The outdoor seating makes for a great way to spend some time in the sun while being productive and if you aren't feeling the sun, they can open up the large window sill so you still get some fresh air in. The store itself: When you walk in you're greeted with the strong aroma of coffee but the first thing you'll see is the live plants on every table and on the window sills. Next you'll see how well the tables are set up and the cute couch area in the back where you can sit and catch up with friends. The nice thing about the seating arrangement is that all the tables and high tops are near outlets which ends up being a life saver! Now for the coffee itself, my go to is the scratch latte or vanilla latte! I like that the coffee at the cafe is locally sourced! They also offer a variety of milk substitutes with my favorite being oat milk. They also offer smoothies and teas but they do not have a ton of options when it comes to those. read more

Fantastic place. It has great service, and they all know my name and my order. It sometimes is ready before I even pay for it. The staff and the customers both are genuine and fun. I bring my 2.5 year old daughter and people are very friendly allowing her to pet their dog etc... They do social distancing while still showing a personal touch. They care about your experience, and in this day and age, that doesn't seem to be so common. read more
