We were stuffed with 2 pounds but of course we had to finish our plate. We also bought a souvineer mallet, $3.99. In total we spent $100. Which is an amazing price. Our server was friendly and helped us get our favorite guava pastries. Their prices are very reasonable here. They were fresh baked and smelled so good! They also have Cuban coffee, iced and hot. They make delicious cakes and donuts. And the favorite there is the Cuban Sandwich, which is generously filled with ham, shredded pork, pickle, cheese and crusty bread. They also have pastelitos and croquettas. Parking is right in front of the super cute casa restaurant. There is outdoor dining and a few tables inside also. They have a drive-in also. It was enormous (see photo) and tasty. I cut it in half and ate leftovers the next day. Service was good except our waitress did seem to struggle a bit. She either could not hear us or did not understand us (language issue?). At least she kept asking us until she understood. I do appreciate that. We were skeptical but our order came out right, yippee! We even splurged by getting dessert. Can't pass up chocolate cake when it appears on the menu (rarely).
