It's not often you can say you drank a pint of Guinness AT Guinness! I'd been to Jameson the evening before and knew I'd walk over to do the Guinness tour the next day. It was so much fun and ending at Gravity Bar is a real treat. It had begun to rain and it felt magical taking in the city from this bar. It is quite busy, snagging a table is something you'll need to be prepared to do based on the time of day. I went fairly early in the day but still had to keep my eyes peeled. You absolutely cannot visit Dublin without visiting Guinness and taking in the sights from Gravity Bar. There are a couple other fun and unique bar experiences on site (on lower floors). I'd be sure to look into those in advance as one of them requires a booking. read more

Attached to my Guinness Storehouse ticket was a Drink Voucher. I was excited to try it, so my significant other and I headed inside. Gravity Bar was laid out nicely and covered a lot of ground. Unfortunately, it was packed there. I claimed my Drink Voucher there for a pint of Guinness. It sure hit the spot. I took it down fairly fast. The views from up there were spectacular. Spectacular views. The best vista of Dublin to be had. It was the culmination of the Guinness tour. The spot to redeem your voucher for some delicious beer. The place was exceedingly packed. We were fortunate enough to grab a table as a couple were leaving. It wasn't on the perimeter with the pristine views but it worked for us. We took turns circling the bar to take in the breathtaking scenery. Certainly recommend. read more

The entrance to the bar are free with the self guided tour of the storehouse. With your ticket stub- get a free drink either a guinness or a drink made by guinness like a cider or lagers. The views from this rooftop bar were amazing. There's no time limit from what I can tell. Stayed for awhile once seats were available. It is first come, first serve for seats. So, be prepared to be a vulture and swoop in when you need to. If you start to feel tipsy get some water for free at the bar. It's on the house so get as many as you like. They say that if you look underage they will check ID. However, legal drinking age is 18 so I guess you would have to look like a teen or younger. read more

Oh so fun. Like fun!! This was the best part of Guinness storehouse tour! The bar at the top. Not gonna lie, this bar was why I came. The tour was a bonus since you do have to go through it to get here! At the top of the giant Guinness store house, this all glass everything bar tower over Dublin! The views!!!! I love anything floor to ceiling glass windows high above the cit view! And this was perfectly high enough for entire Dublin views! Bonus: Guinness!! Super friendly bar tenders. Beautiful pours! Sure you can use your "free" Guinness voucher anywhere in the Guinness Storehouse, but why wouldn't you want to use it here at the Gravity Bar. High above the Storehouse and with a 360 degree view of Dublin (and on a clear day, all the way to the mountains that surround the city), you won't find a more professionally poured Guinness anywhere. Lots of seating and lots of glass, but as the day of tours winds to an end, you're going to be here with a massive crowd. At 5:00 on Saturday, the place was deeply packed and all the seats were taken. So be prepared for that. Gravity Bar is only a bar. There is no food here. read more

As much as I loved Guinness Storehouse, if I'm being totally honest I'd have to say Gravity Bar was my least favorite part of the experience. Sure, it was INCREDIBLE to get a Guinness right from the source and take my selfies with the brew and the view. Five stars for that. But, the crowd. Holy geesh. I kept moving time and time again trying to avoid getting knocked into by overeager patrons. It also took a while to get my pour due to the constant stream of groups. Perhaps I would have enjoyed this spot better during an off time...but I'm not totally sure an "off time" even exists at this place. I think the most depressing part of my visit to Gravity Bar was the graveyard of discarded beers. So many people go in, take photos with their beers, maybe take a few sips, and move on. So much pretty beer going to waste! read more

After concluding our amazing tour throughout the famed Guiness Storehouse, we had to top it off by grabbing our delicious stout pints and enjoying the incredible view at the top floor! It's crowded but a good crowded. Mostly tourists, like yours truly, were taking the educational historic tour and looking forward to the beers and food. But back to the top! The view from this cool hip bar/scenic lookout spot is breathtaking and a must see. It almost wraps around 360 degrees and you can see the coast and Aviva Stadium. Make sure to hit this place up. This is literally the cherry on top of the Guinness storehouse. What a view. Basically 360 degrees of unobstructed views overlooking Dublin. The pint at the top will be the best Guinness you've ever had. You can opt to pour your own downstairs but seeing as you only get one drink, I would suggest you have the professionals pour it for you. Can't wait to come back! read more

Crowded and hardly anywhere to sit or get the views of the city. We happen to make it up to the bar as the sun was setting and it was super crowded. The music was blasting, drinks were a plenty, and it was elbow to elbow people. This is one of the places that you can exchange your tickets/vouchers for drinks and a lot of people have the same idea to come up here because it has the 360 views of the city but if you're looking for a more peaceful and relaxing area to have a drink you may want to opt not to come to this bar. Part of the problem is that everyone crowds the windows trying to take photos, do Snapchat, or do their Instagram photos so no one else is able to see the views. It's like...no one is going to believe you're at the Guinness storehouse unless you post it on Instagram. Just come to have a nice adult beverage with your friends and talk about life and socialize like normal people. On the other hand, you do you boo but try not to block my view or sit in the bar chairs for an extended period of time if you're not drinking. It's great to lounge, but lounge with a Guinness in your hand. People were also acting all salty when they said the bar was closing and had to take their drinks downstairs. Be courteous! The workers have to go home at some point too. This place would be a bit cooler if it were bigger or had outdoor seating, but I guess that'd be a liability problem. read more

It's a total tourist trap, it's got the best Guinness around, it's crowded as hell even in the morning, the view is the highest one in Dublin and hence is both unique and worth it, it's not cheap... A great ending to a wonderful experience! After pouring our own pints on the fourth floor, we brought them upstairs. The elevator opened onto an airy, round room completely lined with windows. The view of Dublin, even under its fog, clouds, and grey light, was absolutely fabulous. My only regret was that I couldn't get an uninterrupted view because of the middle bar and all the people. We somehow snagged seats at one side and immediately started chatting to other enthusiastic visitors. There's a great vibe about the place (maybe due to people having had one too many). When we did get up, people swarmed to our vacant seats like vultures. Someone told us that we couldn't use cash to buy drinks at the bar, so we had to head back downstairs. The tour and storehouse exhibits are very interesting (if you have any remote interest in Guinness, drinking beer, local history, commercial art) and the view from the Gravity Bar is phenomenal. We visited with a large tour in the off season, so, no waiting, no crowds, and no hassles. Grab a pint and savor! read more

You can only get to the Gravity Bar if you pay for the Guinness Factory Tour. The tour, itself, was a bit disappointing and had a feeling of lacking. However, we got to have a "free" Guinness up at the Gravity Bar and it was worth it for the amazing view. You can seriously see ALL of Dublin from every angle and aspect. Drink it in, as much as the cold brew. Enjoy the view and savor it as long as you can. The tour is a forgettable, but the view at the Gravity Bar isn't. read more
