I went in with some pictures of what I like and Neda coached me on what looked best with my complexion and face structure I was a bit hesitant but after a few minutes was very comfortable. She clearly knows what she's doing. She made sure I was comfortable, offering wine, water and chocolates. Partial highlights & trim, and an amazing blowout. Neda is amazing. I found Neda several years ago through Groupon and have been coming to see her for highlights/low lights and cuts ever since. She really listens when I let her know what I want. I'm really picky about my haircuts. I like to have longer bangs that frame my face. I've had other stylists not listen to me and have ended up with bangs better suited for a little girl. Neda's cuts are perfect and my bangs are done exactly the way I like them. Neda's suggestions for my color have been spot on. She does a mix of highlights/low lights and the result is just beautiful. Found this hidden gem of a salon through Yelp. The salon is located at the end in a parking lot in downtown Walnut Creek. Lots of metered parking a few steps away and a garage right across the street where you can park the first hour for free. Called and was able to get in the next day. Neda is a wonderful soul. And just like the great reviews I read that led me to try her, she really listens to what you ask (and delivers on point) and gives her honest opinion. She's a perfectionist and my cut turned out beautifully. I've described the simple long layers cut I usually like to other stylists but none seem to be able to cut it properly and my cut turns into a V-shape in the back because of the layers on the front sides giving it that angle. Neda was quick to see that and she worked her magic and cut at every angle possible. It's amazing that I can style my hair with either a left or ride side part and it's perfect without any stragglers. It's all in the way she cut it! She's worth every penny because she really takes the time to cut your hair right. She styled it with a big curling iron that gave my hair a slight wave. So pretty! We had a great conversation, we laughed and it felt like I've known her for a long time. She is very easy going and I enjoyed my time sitting in her chair getting an awesome cut! Neda fit her in for a cut and color on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of calling. When we arrived, Neda welcomed us so warmly into her salon. The ambiance was bright, fresh, clean, gorgeous and glam. Neda made my sister and I comfortable as she got to work on coloring. I originally found her through Groupon, when my primary concern was cost, I was hesitant to "get fancy" with the color so went with root touch-up and a cut. BEST CUT I EVER HAD - no joke I went back to her again for a cut and this time went with a full color treatment including highlights. Again she did an amazing job and the cost was still lower than expected, even without the Groupon discount. She definitely has a long term client in me moving forward.
