I was worried about the surgery because this could affect my gait. I made the call and received an appointment with Dr. Michael Reuter. I hit the jackpot! From that appointment until my release date, Dr. Reuter has been fabulous. Not only did he take excellent care of my foot but he also made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Of course, I had many, many questions but Dr. Reuter always took the time to answer every one. It was so reassuring to me to know that Dr. Reuter was doing all the worrying and that I could concentrate on healing. Dr. Reuter - thank you for everything even though it doesn't seem enough. We met with Dr. Keswick for her first appointment and we were so happy with our choice. She was informative, kind, and personable. She was able to answer all of our paranoid-new-parent questions and did so without judgement. We've visited her multiple times since and every time we've been given the same level or respect and understanding. It can be scary having a baby for the first time and having someone guide you through is invaluable. We love Dr. Keswick! Everyone at the office has been great. We've never felt uncomfortable and we've never had to wait very long. I've loved all of the hardworking nurses as well. We've also met with Dr. Mileikowsky and she was so pleasant. She was there with us on the day my daughter had to get her 2-month vaccines and was so understanding of my worry about my daughter being uncomfortable and in pain. We've received such helpful advice from here that there's no need to go into a frenzied Google-search. They're just a phone call away. I've appreciated all of their breastfeeding and general mom-care advice too. I never realized the important role a pediatrician would play in my daughter's life. These people are dedicated and trustworthy. Shoutout to all hardworking doctors and nurses that help new and veteran parents navigate the craziness of raising a child.

Everything's on line in one way or another. So here you go, a review of my first dermatological visit to this practice. Be happy I spare you a discussion of my symptoms. Importantly, it was easy to make an appointment on the phone within a reasonable amount of time. New Patient Reception was flawless with all INSU having been verified in advance. Wait time short hardly giving time to open an IPhone. Initial prep smooth with normal first visit questions. Time spent with practitioners sufficient. Thorough exam was accomplished, procedures completed and I never felt rushed or in any way felt I was not being given personal attention. I did feel that sufficient attention was given to me and my needs. I have to say, the experience was actually enjoyable as the banter helped put me at ease as we were taking care of business, so to speak. I fully recommend the practice for its ease of access, it's professionalism and attention/concern for the patient.

Then they closed her office without providing any information to her loyal patients leaving them to fend for themselves. Ms. Blanco and her wonderful staff have landed at Fenley Dermatology but are left without their patient's records and contact information. This is unethical and detrimental to good patient care.
