He only recommended what was needed, and did not try to up sell. I wanted to get the HVAC system replaced before moving into the new place, but had a ceremonial event a few days prior. Tim made sure to plan the installation date such that there would not be any interruptions or half done work or clutter during the ceremony. Then, on the day of installation (which was one day before my move in date) there were severe storms, and the entire neighborhood lost power. Tim and his boys worked in the dark using flashlights, the entire day, to ensure that the job got done! He then came back when we had power to make sure everything was working just right. A very ethical, efficient and professional team!

I cant believe what I went though with Dr.P. Tried to sell me a new unit. Do NOT recommend. Be weary, if you communicate any dissatisfaction, the team (husband/wife) tag team and scream. The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential. I will now be calling the BBB on Monday and my attorney in LaGrange to consult about what they have added on here.

Will helps us out in a pinch once again!…read more Coming off of a difficult week with one of our kids being in the hospital, we discovered our basement a/c no longer worked. We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. He is so knowledgeable and truthful when he talks to us about options. Having used his services many times, we trust him when he says if something is an easy fix or needing something more expensive. He is the service pro everyone should have saved in their phone. So lucky to have found him!

We were so impressed that we even made a call to the office complementing their excellent customer service and work. However, we were scheduled to have a heating exchange replaced in November after their technician noticed flames coming out of the furnace upon starting. We were in communication with them regarding the replacement part being ordered. We were told in early November that the part had been ordered and we would receive a call when it arrived to schedule our replacement/repair in a week or so. It is February 2, 2026 and we have called several times, sent text messages, and emails and have not received any response. Our warranty company has also called and they are not responding to their calls as well. We have no choice but to go with another company. I am surprised and quite disappointed.

The owner called me back within fifteen minutes and began to trouble shoot everything over the phone. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he was able to guide me around my furnace over the phone by describing exactly what I was looking at. He guided me to the problem and was able to get one of my units up and going with something he would find easy, but something I would not have known to do! The second unit was not as easy but he again began to troubleshoot some things to lower what he would have to do when he was able to come out to my house. Due to the trouble shooting over the phone, he arrived early on Monday and was able to have the second unit going in the matter of 30 minutes. I cannot express how amazing the communication was and how crystal clear his instructions were to get me some sort of Air in my house on a hot summer day! He is not a pushy sales guy he wont try to sell you something you dont need. I ended up getting him to price me new unit. And he was by far cheaper then any other quote I had received. I had him replace it all a little later and the install is beautiful!! He does super clean work and looks better then what was installed by builder. I will always use his company for my HVAC Service.
