Hired the company for an already wired pre-existing flood light. When I first called him everything…read morewas smooth sailing. He told me that the pricing was going to be between 350 to 400. I had explicitly told him I had more 3 flood light devices a doorbell ring and two nest thermostats. I asked him for his email so I could email him confirmation of what I was requesting and never emailed me back, at that point i should have realized that he was not cut out for the job. I had to reach out to him two different times because I never heard back from him. Once he arrived at my home he said that nobody told him he had to install six devices and that price he gave was wrong because he can't make any money! He went and started installing the devices he waited till he was completely done to let me know that he was not able to install the ring doorbell and that he would need to charge me an additional $400! ( for a doorbell???) and wiring. He offered to give us $100 off for the big confusion which was never honored. He installed only three floodlights and two thermostats and charged us $550. I was very confused and so was my husband about how he was giving us $100 off and a free installation on one device if we were still paying the $550. I called him about it and told him that I got numerous other quotes after he had left, from other electricians telling me that they all thought that was really pricy and a bit of a rip off. The owner SO rude and started raising his voice telling me he doesn't need to explain things since he's been in business for 30+ years. Not only did he not honor his word on his pricing, he changed the pricing once everything had been installed and when he came back he would give us the $100 off. He ended up saying we could pay $500 for the confusion with his original pricing. But as far as our $100 "and one free device instillation" we never received. This guy ripped us off. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one. I'm appalled at this type of communication especially when you're the owner of the company and this is how you talk to your customers. I'd save your money, time and frustration and go with another company who treats their customers with honesty and respect.
