We were unable to pick it up until Monday morning, which was not a problem. My son and I popped in and I was walked through all that was repaired. I appreciate there is no upsell, just what is needed. My son commented that his car is driving so much more smoothly now and the sounds he had been experiencing are now gone. Highly recommend!

The manager test drove the car and admitted his hands were going numb. They also admitted that 2 of the engine mounts didn't look good out of the box... Why did you use defective parts? This caused inconveniences of going back for warranty repair. Now so far the engine sounds normal and the steering wheel isn't vibrating. As for the price, it seemed fair but the mechanic shouldn't have neglected the first parts being defective here. Im hesitant to use this service again.

After reading the reviews for this automotive repair shop, my husband decided to bring his F150 for…read morediagnosis and repair. The truck was leaking, and the shifting was very hard . After picking up the vehicle and paying under $4000 and the warranty company also paid their portion under $900. The truck drove worse and continued to leak. My husband contacted Troy and we were to bring the truck back and he would have it repaired. I have several emails with conversations to support this issue. The warranty company contacted Troy and requested more information and photos, a week later he provided it to them. After receiving the information from Troy, photos etc, the warranty company decided to send out their own inspectors to check this vehicle and found huge inconsistencies. I will add that the timeline from Troy was off by a week. I have the proof for that as well. I picked up the truck. It did not drive well at all. I'm lucky I got it home which I live very close. I sent several emails requesting a refund as well as my meeting with Troy so that I could get it repaired elsewhere. I never received a response until a phone call from the general manager Austin. He was extremely angry and the conversation didn't go well I felt very intimidated. I attempted to get help through other resources and had other mechanics and lawyers view the statements and they did find that the statements were ridiculous for labor, etc. I finally had enough and called Austin and told him I don't want to fight anymore and if you feel that this company did the right thing then they live with that, no legal action as I wanted to which would allow them to speak with Tom Martino but they declined, they had the opportunity to share their side. I most recently received a voicemail from Austin and returned his call, he told me they would be happy to see me in small claims court, granted this is after I told him I'm finished fighting with him. I emailed and requested their attorneys information and have not received it as of today. He had the nerve to ask if I had the truck repaired, I found that very sarcastic. It doesn't matter that my husband is in the Middle East deployed through next year or that there is a government shut down or that I'm not a mechanic. I was trying to get them to do the right thing and they did not. I am not looking for pity. I am looking for justice and I did not get it. I do not recommend Lake Arbor Automotive to anyone. I'm sure people may have had better experiences with this company however I did not. Be cautious with this company.

I recently got a mobile service to change my tires (totally unnecessary) but since it was my first…read moretime in AWHILE, I didn't realize I needed to do a rebalance or realignment or whatever. Frustrated that the company changing my tires failed to do any follow-up after the initial sale, the transparency and communication at Goodyear was refreshing. I hung out in the lobby while the shop performed their magic on my tires. They clearly printed reports to show the measurements that were modified. Pricing is easy to find on the Goodyear website so there's no surprises, and they're always doing some sort of deal over text. Happy I found this chain location for all my future tire needs.

Another update :( I've been going to Bending Wrenches for oil changes for the past couple of years…read moreand recently found out that tire rotation isn't included as part of their standard service. It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

Rates are reasonable and service is prompt and explanations are readily provided. Super convenient for us as we live within walking distance too. Arvada Square has become our family auto shop with our two daughters also taking their cars there.
