I had my car detailed by Gray's last Saturday and I don't regret it at all! It was a chance I was willing to take and it was definitely worth it. Prices are far more than reasonable, so definitely take the chance, you can't go wrong! My black BMW was in desperate need of a polish due to heavy swirl marks (and abuse) from the previous owner, so I had them come to my home and do a full detail. I got the Gray's package which included an interior cleaning, exterior wash, polish and wax, as well as an engine bay cleaning (I didn't expect that!). My car is black, so the swirls were really painfully obvious, and my headlights were extremely hazy despite the fact that I had them refinished twice before. They got out all the swirls on my paint and made my headlights nearly new! I really thought they were at the point of no return and that I would have to fork up the money to buy new ones. Gray's saved me almost nearly a grand for new headlights! I'm definitely impressed with the polish job so I'll be having Gray's detail my other BMW, my boyfriend's truck and his mother and brother's BMWs also. Update-I believe waiting 6 days for a reply is a long enough wait. I contacted you over a week before I needed the service so it was well in advance. I understand companies can get busy but to not respond in almost a week is ridiculous. The one star represents the service that was received which was none. I stay blessed thank you. Never replied to emails from their website even though there is an automated message that says they will get back to customers within 24 hours. Had an event to go to and have been eyeing this company's work so I wanted to give them a try. I guess not. Ended up finding another company who did respond. read more

When it comes to auto detailing I am very picky. Furthermore, it's very hard to trust people specially when one goes off a review on Yelp. However, Gray's Auto Detailing is one that I can honestly say that they "make love to your car when they clean it" haha. For example, the time they take to make sure they get every little spot where attention is needed. Their customer service is superb, but also very warm and friendly. When I called Gray's I was in dire need of some help since I was yet another victim of the bastard "sprinkler bandits" and their hard water spots. I was heart broken to see my 2015 Mustang GT covered in spots, and to top things off, I was beginning to see some fine swirls from the usual car wash. Gray's was able to help me out and schedule me for an appointment for the next day. When they arrived they hooked me up with 5 star service in a killer package that included, wash, engine detail, chemical wash (to get rid of the hard water),inside detail, clay bar, buff, and paint sealer for a killer price. At the end of their service they have you come out and check it out and see if there's anything that you see that you don't like so they can get on top of it. BJ, Jr., did a custom detailing of my 2018 Avalon and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. There was a spot of what looked like dripping sap next to where I put in gas that had annoyed me for months. Nothing I tried would remove it, and I did not want to scratch my finish. BJ got it out! He texted me a reminder and let me know when he was on his way. He was on time and worked diligently the whole time. He was very professional and courteous--something that seems to be in short supply these days. You cannot go wrong by having your car detailed by BJ, Jr. It protects your investment (ie. your car), saves you time, and is reasonably priced especially when you consider the cost of premium materials. He clay bars your car before applying premium wax so that he is not putting wax on top of "gunk" (That's technical talk....) that remains even after your car is washed. I don't know what's going on at this place. I couldn't reach them via e-mail or phone while I was in town for a couple weeks. Looking at the other one stars, I see this is a regular problem. Just wish I'd seen those reviews before I wasted my time waiting for a call-back. And it seems weird to me to have all of these 5 stars when the owner seems really rude to people who leave bad reviews. I guess they're friendlier when they're actually at your place. I did end up finding someone else to detail my mom's car for her, but still really frustrating and I think people need to realize these guys aren't very consistent. Response to Owner 10/12/2016: I didn't leave a poor review because you didn't answer immediately. I left a poor review because you never called back, at all, after weeks. It says a lot that you can't make a simple apology for not returning my messages and for completely no-showing and ignoring other people as well. These guys are awesome. First off, they come to your door which is super convenient. Secondly, they spend a lot of time on service so you know your car is as clean as can be afterwards! Called them first think Sunday morning cuz Saturday night ended with a friend destroying the passenger seat area (you know what's up). I have light grey upholstery and they cleaned out the stains. I follow these guys on Instagram. They look like they do great work, their Instagram looks amazing with the work they do. I texted the guy a couple times (first time March 7th) and got a response once but never again. I have an RV (plus a couple vehicles in California) I need washed and asked for a price, because it didn't say it on the website. I could never get a response. Luckily I travel to Vegas and was able to get my Vegas detail guy to get it done. If you can get a response and get on their schedule, your'll probably have a great review to post. read more

I don't spend the time detailing my cars anymore because I'd rather spend that time with my kids so I decided to let the professionals handle it. Bennie was very easy to communicate with and gave me the best deal up front. He came to my house and detailed the interior and exterior (wash/clay bar/wax) of my Acura TSX and MDX. Keep in mind that this kind of work is very labor intensive and time consuming so expect to spend some money if you want it done right. I was very impressed by his work and highly recommend them. They use the highest quality products which you can really tell the difference compared to taking your car to the local car wash.
