I apologize, but i dont remember the name of the lady that helped us, but she was AWESOME; she was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped us beyond what we could ask for. We showed her the minifig of ursula, and the lady noticed that the trident was missing, and the hair was wrong. We looked up the minifig online, and she was right. My wife was so disapointed that we spent a good amount of money, and some shady lego dealer scammed us. Seeing how upset my wife was the lady at the display for (itsablockparty.com - sorry again that i dont remember your name), told us we could swap our incorrect minifig with the right one from her. That blew us away with how nice that offer was, we didnt expect it. I tried to offer her some extra cash on the side to get herself lunch, and she wouldnt take it. They are always so knowledgeable about everything and are more than happy to chat you up about anything in the game realm. If they happen to not have what you want or need, they are also very motivated to help direct you elsewhere. It's a magical and intriguing place to walk around and get lost in. I recently purchased a very expensive detector from this outfit. They provided me with a tracking…read morenumber that required me to be home to sign for the package. I had to rearrange my vacation and rearrange a hunt so that I could be here to accept the package. I find out they gave me somebody else's tracking number and when I contacted them about it their response was it was an honest mistake. This is about as unprofessional as you can get. Providing someone with the correct tracking number after a large purchase is not rocket science. Time for me to move onto another distributor that can handle shipping without huge mistakes and take responsibly for the mistakes they do make.

The staff was really nice, as the guy at the front counter showed my boyfriend how one of the display games worked. Located south of Indianapolis, it is well worth the drive, especially if you are a fan. The place is packed with memorabilia, gifts, toys, stickers, clothing, and more. We were excited to open a few things, but the prices were shockingly high -- almost triple the normal market value on most items. A standard booster box that usually goes for $70-$90 online was priced at around $170 here. A UPC that MSRP $119 markets at $200 was priced at $245. The Pokémon tins were also marked up to triple the normal price, and even the promo singles were going for double what they typically sell for elsewhere. It's too bad because ripping packs with friends is supposed to be fun, but these kinds of markups make it feel like the shop is taking advantage of collectors. We ended up leaving empty-handed. I'd suggest checking online prices or trying other stores first. These prices are just too steep to make it worth it here. Whether on purpose or out of touch not worth your money.
