Not for me. I went in with high expectations since reviews looked good but I was disappointed. I understand it is fast food pastas but for the amount you're paying you'd think it would be better quality. It wasn't cheap for 2 plates and the little upgrades we got. We went with the chicken Alfredo loaded plate. One without bacon and one with added shrimp. The shrimp to start is not seasoned, very bland. They were not very generous with the Alfredo sauce. Some areas of the pasta were just that, pasta and dry. It overall just didn't taste good to me. I couldn't finish my plate and eventually threw it out. read more

There are a lot of Fazolis in Indiana, so I went here hoping for a taste of home. Instead, I got scammed out of food in a way that suggests premeditation. I ordered an entree with a side salad to go. They gave me the entree, but split up the entree into a big box and a small box. So I'd think the big box was for the entree, and the small box was for the salad. But instead it was just an entree split over two boxes. It was pretty clever, I didn't notice it until I got home. Hopefully whichever employee ate my side salad enjoyed it. Is this place going to bring you back to Italy, no! Is it comparable & so much cheaper than Olive Garden, YES! I only knew of Fazolis because of TikTok! There was a video that had people comment on restaurants they missed and someone mentioned Fazoli's. So I did a quick google search and found out there is only ONE in California! On Thursdays they have $4 dollars off the Family meal pack. It comes with 2 large pastas and 8 breadsticks, which only cost us $25!! Added bonus... dine in and you get to ask for more breadsticks!! The food is good, the breadsticks taste like the ones from Olive Garden. I mean it could be better but this is suppose to be Italian fast food. Another big plus, they have a drive thru!! I tried Fazioli's last night for the first time and Andrew helped me have such a positive and enjoyable nourishing experience! Andrew was a wonderful Host and his warm and genuinely friendly essence put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Andrew kindly gave me a few minutes with the Menu, helped me make an informed decision to capitalize on a fantastic Seasonal Special which includes both House Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo for just $6.99, and helped me upgrade my dinner to a meal which included a refreshing Fountain Beverage and a delicious colorful garden salad for just $4.99 more! Andrew was so courteous in getting me my Salad and Beverage cup right away to start happily pre gaming for my dinner! I selected the Italian Vinaigrette Dressing to go with my Salad and deliciously fun Tropicana Fruit Punch for my drink. I love how the Beverage and Condiment station was so well stocked with plenty of straws, to go utensils, clean Silverware, and neatly organized Fresh Parmesan and Pepper Flake Shakers! Usually get my meatballs covered in cheese w/garlic bread from Hero's. But thought Fazoli's might be a good alternative since this should be their specialty. Fazoli meatballs are about size of a golf ball. Half were burnt. What little cheese was added was also burnt & useless. Marinara sauce was about a teaspoon, so meatballs were dry. I was feeling a bit lonely, so rather than using the drive-thru, I decided to order my take-out inside. I have fun interacting with people, especially if they have a sense of humor. The folks inside didn't disappoint. The young man who took my order was personable and efficient. I told the guy that I just wanted some spaghetti and meatballs. I know, pretty boring, but I was feeling nostalgic. A healthy plate of noodles reminds me of my youth. Sitting around the table with my sister and countless brothers, all vying for the last slice of garlic bread to sop up the sauce. Those were the days. Of course, I never got that last slice as I was way down the totem pole in the sibling hierarchy. But at Fazoli's, the last slice is no longer a struggle as the breadsticks are unlimited. You could build a log cabin if you want. For me, it's much better to eat than to build. So anyway, the guy behind the counter said, "Of course we can get you spaghetti and meatballs." With that, I heard a voice come from the kitchen."Uh, we're out of meatballs " out of meatballs? What the heck? Then I heard just joking, just joking. We all had a good laugh. I could tell that these folks enjoyed their job. It lifts ones spirit to encounter such good people. My order took no time at all to prepare. I barely had time to sit down when I heard, "Your order is ready, sir." Dang! That was quick! Of course, the food was good. Just like mom used to make, and my arm wasn't too short to reach the last hunk of bread. Quick Tip: When you visit, engage in conversation with the employees. Typically I love this place. But I ordered the lunch meal and got the iced tea and the iced tea literally had a slimy mucus in it. There was one lovely lady who served us the food when it came out which - unless you're in Texas - doesn't happen much at all fast food restaurant. She also asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. A custodian also came by and asked if we needed more napkins / any trash for him to collect. Visited this Fazoli's on Monday 5/6 on the way to the airport. My daughter carried her stuffed animal Lamby aka Lamb Lamb into the restaurant. She's had him since she was born. They have a drive-thru, but this was her first time at a Fazoli's, so she wanted to explore inside. We went inside and it was a clean and welcoming environment. So, she went exploring with Lamby while we placed our order. We ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce to go. We got the order quickly and we were out the door. On the way to the airport she inhaled it, said it was her favorite spaghetti and wanted some more. We get to the airport, standing in line for security, when she says "I DONT HAVE LAMBY". I asked where he was. She said she left him in the car. Boom, I full sprint to the car to rescue Lamby. Lamby is NOT in the car. I said told her "you must have left him at Fazoli's then." She looks at me, her eyes filled with water, then bursts into tears fearing she will never see her beloved Lamb Lamb again. I tell her I will call the restaurant once we get through security. We go through security, but wait, her Hello Kitty backpack is pulled to the side by security for additional inspection. I'm nervous, what did my 7 year old daughter pack. She's staring at the backpack giggling. Im scared. Am I going to jail? No, they reach in and pull out......a fidget spinner. They thoroughly inspect the fidget spinner, then give it back to her. I call Fazoli's and THEY HAVE LAMBY! I tell them im leaving for vacation, but will be back on Saturday. I asked if they would hold onto it for me until then. They said they will! On Saturday, after a long trip, we went back to Fazoli's and she was reunited with her Lamby. She was a happy girl. We of course ordered a spaghetti with marinara to go. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone there who took care of her Lamb Lamb. The team there was amazing and I am really appreciative. This was my first time at a Fazoli's. I've been wanting to try them for a long time and heard good things, so it was fortunate that I found one that was along my drive out of LA. For my first time, I wanted the #14 (aka the Sampler) which includes fettucine alfredo, lasagne, and spaghetti with marinara sauce topped with a single meatball. It came with two breadsticks. The food quality was great for being "fast food" and a great value for the price (under $10). Even though it was an hour to closing, I was surprised that the food was fresh and hot! The food was not overly salty (as you might expect at an Italian fast food place) and the breadsticks were pillowy soft and absolutely delicious. The breadsticks lived up to the hype! The restaurant staff were personable and friendly, chatting with us after we finished eating. The store was very clean with a large dining room that was pleasant. So being a big carnivore I chose the Loaded Baked Spaghetti with meatballs, sausage, meat sauce and BACON! That's right BACON! Now marrying into an Italian family I had never heard of bacon in spaghetti but it sure sounded good! Well I can tell you it was a perfect matchup for me. The sauce was very flavorful and the bacon added a hint of smoky flavor which gave me a reminder of my love of BBQ! It was perfect! The sausage was was perfectly spiced and I was really impressed with the meatballs because normally for me, meatballs usually have a slight after taste that I don't really care for, however these meatballs did not have any aftertaste! The crust was perfectly toasted, not over cooked, just the right thickness between a thin and thick crust. Coated with just the right amount of sauce to add flavor and provide a moist center. The top was perfectly toasted cheese and pepperoni to provide a light crunchy char taste. Perfect!!! My wife had the baked lasagna and spaghetti combo and she had to take half of it home there was so much. On top of this all there are fresh baked garlic buttery breadsticks that melt in your mouth! Kind people still exist! And they work HERE! Was not expecting to be greeted by the nicest staff when walking into this establishment. I am kicking myself for not getting the names of the two women running the registers and bussing tables and also checking on us after they dropped off our food!? Who does that at a fast food place!? They gave us a GENEROUS amount of breadsticks and then even offered more later! And it wasn't just us, they were SO kind to everyone in the restaurant and even overheard this same warmth and hospitality to the people in the drive through. The food was good, hot, came out fast, and very reasonably priced, especially considering how crazy expensive fast food has gotten. I just cannot say enough good things about these employees. i've always love Fazoli since I was a kid I used to go to the one in Chino Hills but they closed and now I live over in Corona and I really enjoy Fazoli just because it's a very nostalgic kind of taste. Nothing's changed much their breadsticks are always amazing. The food isn't over the top, but it isn't just bland and I do really like getting food from here I hope they don't close this location.
