I have faithfully used Smoky Hill Auto Servive since I purchased the car (2010 Toyota Rav4 4WD Limited), so I ordered a tow to bring it to SHAC, and spoke to Phil pre-arrival. At 12:30 pm, less than 3 hours after arrival, Phil called me back to advise that the cause was a dead battery, which the shop replaced under warranty, My car was ready for pickup...free of charge! They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

The cheapest oil they have is $75 ish, and the coupon they send in the mail is misleading because you can't get the 50% off option because they don't have any conventional oil options, so you have to use the $25 off synthetic option which wasn't too bad. The staff was nice and wasn't pushy with the air filter, tire rotation, etc. I would be more willing to return if they had a conventional/cheaper option, but for convenience, and with the right coupon in the mail, I may return.
