Great place. The hiring practices show they care as each employee takes their time to speak to you and let's you know what's up. Some time back my car was leaking oil and the dealer warranty mechanic said it wasn't a leak just a bad oil filter valve. I called this location and they said come over ASAP and they took ownership and fixed it and changed the oil again after only 1,500 miles. Free of charge of course. When I went in today to get another synthetic change they said your oil is still good because we changed it 1,500 miles into the last one, due to the bad valve and gave me a new window sticker saying come back in 4k miles. First I want to say I tried out this grease monkey because they had no wait and they were near the vet I take my dog to. I dropped off my pupper and came in here for a much needed oil change. It took a solid 5 minutes to flag down a staff member because they don't come into the waiting area often. The access is wonky, you can only drive in from EB mississippi, so the approach was awkward. They charged me close to $70 for an oil change. It's a steep price! I've never paid more than $40 at other leading businesses. Grease Monkey neglected to rotate my tires, they neglected tell me my front brakes were almost entirely gone, and didn't bother to notice that I had a leak from under my car. Oh, but I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I would much rather wait the extra 10 minutes and find out if my car needs anymore work. I feel like I got a $25 service for almost triple what I paid. I recommend going elsewhere for quality service. If you want a quick service this is a good place to go, otherwise I recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

I'm normally not a fan of these kinds of shop as their services are too limited to usually suit my needs. But I was somewhat forced to use them once and later decided to give them a few more tries for simple things. This location in particular does a very good job, especially with routine maintenance such oil and filter changes. They make sure to communicate every aspect of service and you'll usually be on your way in under 20 minutes. The worst. I have been leaking oil since they touched my vehicle. Just frustrated that when you talk to them you know they don't know what they are doing. I shouldn't have never went to them. Super frustrating! I went to get my oil changed and when I got my car back, my engine was running so I didn't notice the alert that would've presented itself when the car was turned on telling me that "my key" had been activated. Needless to say, I had no idea what my key even was, So I had to do some research to figure out what was even happening in the first place. Apparently, fords have a setting for parents to use to help keep their teens safe. Hence my key. Funny thing about my key is that you need a MASTER key to program in the first place. I've only had one key for this car for over two years. And it does NOT act as a master key. When my key is activated, your car will not go over 80 miles an hour. The volume on the radio is moderated, and completely turned off if you don't have your seatbelt on. Your gas light turns on sooner and overall your vehicle has child safety locks on it. I took my car to this place to get my oil changed, and I got my car back with teenage safety locks on it and my car will not go over 80 miles an hour. The day that I figured this out I was SUPER busy and I did not have time to return to grease monkey. I felt that if I would have returned the next day and it tried to explain to them what happened, they would tell me that it was my fault because I didn't say anything before I took the car. Like I said, the car was running when they returned it to me so I did not know there was an issue immediately. Based off the fact that the owners of this shop BARELY speak English at best, I'm gonna cut my $280 loss instead of trying to fight with them and just go to the Ford dealership and get a new key programmed to my car to get this function turned off. Beware! They may mess with the computer in your car and not tell you that they did. At least that's my experience with this particular grease monkey. Obviously, I will never go there again. read more

So they close at 5... my dumb self got there at 4:54 and the guy didn't even bat an eye, he was as pleasant as pleasant can be, took care of my car within 15 minutes, and then.. I remembered "  Lydia, you need new windshield wipers.... " so I asked after he checked me out and GAVE me my keys IF I could change my wipers, again not batting an eye took care of it for me and sent me on my merry way. this guy is a freaking awesome human person. Just got my oil changed about 30 minutes ago. I used to live across the street & always drove past this Grease Monkey. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating. The owner has 31 years in the business. I usually go to my main Land Rover mechanic however, I don't have an appointment until the 26th of this month and I have to drive out to Rifle, Colorado for a wedding this weekend. I complete forgot I was 5 months over my oil change and I didn't want to break down. I drive a Land Rover LR3 and the oil tanks are much larger than most cars. It holds a total of 8 quarts of oil with the 4.4 V8. I had originally called Jiffy lube they wanted $145. I decided to head over to grease monkey and the total came out to $108.46. Couldn't have been more pleased, the owners wife even vacuumed my car! The whole thing took a matter of 15 minutes, normally I wait about 30 due to the vast number of bolts on my oil pan. I guess that what I get for buying a Land Rover. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Decent little Grease Monkey. Nothing too special about but the family who runs it are very nice. The seating area is straight out of the 1970's but its still in fairly decent shape. The seating area was fairly chilly, at least as far as the owner was concerned as she cranked up the heat. Man did it heat up fast in there LOL.
