i've always been treated with the upmost respect at all Les Schwab locations. I've never been to the specific one however I was helped by Stephen as well as leslie I believe were their names. My car unexpectedly had two flat tires from some nails and I immediately had AAA tow them my car. They got it ready and fixed in a very short amount of time and told me they truly believed you shouldn't be charged for a flat tire or a rotation. I've never had a bad experience, but on all the stress I had today the last thing I needed was about my car while at work I was able to pick it up with no problems and was completely taken care of this is a wonderful location thank you to all the workers read more

I picked up a nail in my tire-of course I noticed it and the flat on a Saturday morning. I called Les Schwab and asked if they had time to fix it and they said yes, bring it right in. The repair was done within an hour and to my surprise; when I asked how much, they said it was free. I'm not sure why Les Schwab is rated so high.  Their prices are higher than other places.  The service/friendliness is comparable to a Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey.  I took my car in for an oil change.  The wait time was long as I think they spend most to their time on doing tires and not oil changes.  When I got home, I noticed a grease stain on my driver's seat - I wish they would put plastic over the seats which they apparently don't.  Other than that...average in every way except for the higher price. read more

Went to have a set of summer tires swapped to new wheels. Was surprised as they normally come running out to your car and are eager to serve. I went in and the lady checked me in and said she would call when they were done. I went home and got a call about 30 min later saying they needed over $260 to install the tires because they weee race tires!!! They are everyday summer tires... I asked what the difference was and why it was so much more? She said "that's what Ryan said" and was indifferent. Used to be a good chain but now they are just over priced and ignorant. I got a few quotes from them in the past and they are always 30-50% higher unless you buy their Chinese junk in house brand. Went to Discount Tire. No drama or fuss. $80 and I was out the door and they were happy to help. It clear why this location Les Schwab is never busy and discount tire is always crazy busy. Stay away. read more

I can't say enough about this team at Les Schwab's in Monument. This isn't the first time I've taken my vehicle there. In truth, I take it there all of the time. They won me over from my very first visit. I recently purchased new tires and wanted to make sure my my vehicle was properly aligned. The $100 fee became a zero dollar fee. They put it on the machine and found that an alignment was not necessary. I hate to say it but I think that if I would've taken it somewhere else I would have been charged regardless of if my vehicle needed it or not. Being full time RVers, finding places to work on our motorhomes while traveling is pretty difficult but these guys were incredible. Especially Luke. Quoted $1200 for 4 tires when I only needed to replace ONE. I was even willing to buy TWO, for obvious safety and balancing reasons. They still refused. My car is 4WD, so I'm not sure why FOUR tires were considered a necessity as is the case with many AWD vehicles. Two other dealerships were willing, just lacking inventory. And to address my "communication," per customer service's comment below.... I paid good money for a graduate degree in communication. It was most certainly not the crux of our problem. I put 50K miles/year on my vehicle as I'm in traveling medical sales. I'm NO stranger to the process of tire replacement. And I also have a family, so safety is of utmost importance. I won't wear a tire threadbare, I replace them when necessary. I do not appreciate the financial racket of over-selling a product that isn't needed. I don't appreciate the condescending attitude with which I was met, either. I'm not uneducated on the matter. Go see the guys at Big O by Safeway. I was treated with complete respect there and they had me out the door in 90 minutes. AND....I purchased 4 tires just because I was thrilled at the customer service and kindness. read more

This place and these guys are soooo incredibly awesome. . Kyle and Neil are soooo great. I've taken my car to different places before and I can just tell these guys LOVE their job. They greet me at my car when I pull up. They remember me. They remember their customers. . The service and quality of their work is outstanding. They have installed glass for their checkout counter and everyone wears a mask. . And their lobby is always spotless. Their prices are very comparable to others but they do wayyyyy more work than other places for the same service. I trust them. . Took a set of tires in to have mounted on my truck. Price was ok, not great. Couldn't make an appointment on line, so I dropped it of in the morning - they had it all day. When I picked it up they said my front brakes were metal on metal and rear brakes were almost there. They could fix them for a little over $900. Hmmmmm Yesterday afternoon I decided to tear down the brakes and check them out. What I found was not what I was told. The fronts had over 1/8" left and the rears had closer to 3/16". Apparently Les Schwab assumes no one works on their own cars, or possibly knows more than they do about subjects they are advising their customers on. Shops like this that try to sell extra work to unsuspecting people should be called out. This is a small town - word gets out. Beware. read more

This is an extremely well run shop. The manager, Kyle, was helpful, very engaging, knowledgeable, and competent. We brought our Jeep Wrangler in for an intermittent brake noise, they did a free inspection of the whole system and found not only a bad caliper on the rear brake, but also a brake line that was about to brake, and did break as they showed it to me. I wish I could give this location 10 stars. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING (even for Les Schwab as a whole which already has pretty great customer service.) I had a brake concern after my RV's front brakes were done at a different location, and the folks here (especially Luke who went above and beyond) took me seriously unlike the last location I went to. They triple checked everything to make sure I was safe driving in the mountains and did everything they could to get us back on the road quickly. They also replaced my 2 front tires after noticing a split in one. Thank you guys for being awesome! read more

Shout out to Les Schwab in Monument! The husband (bless his heart) ordered, paid for and had installed (sight unseen) 4 new tires and 4 new rims for our suv. When he got home with the car, I was very unhappy with the rims. (Just personal preference, nothing to do with the quality of product.) I called Les Schwab in Monument and they VERY GRACIOUSLY allowed us to return the new rims the following morning. I used to go to another place in Monument and I am now a convert to Les Schwab. Prior to winter I got snow tires here at Les Schwab and today I had my snow tires removed and I got new all-season tires. Each time I have been in I have also had my oil changed. This location is wonderful, very clean, has Wi-Fi and electrical outlets so a very painless wait and I can actually get work done while waiting. One afternoon after work, I had to install a tire to a new rim which needed to be replaced because it was bent. As soon as I parked my car, a representative came out to my vehicle to ask what type of service I needed. He was very patient and understanding as he listened to me describe the situation I was in. As soon as we walked inside to get the paperwork started, a technician came from the back to ask what needed to be done to my car. They were both very motivated to begin the work. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. They even showed me the reason why my car was wobbly which eased my mind. Great Customer Service - Les Schwab in Monument A sh!t happens day with a nice ending: This morning I had a tire failure while turning from 105 onto Jackson Creek Parkway. I was able to safely pull off the road and call my husband. He showed up in his truck, got the tire off (completely destroyed itself!), put on the spare and then THAT went flat when he started to drive the car on the shoulder. SO...we got in his truck and drove up the road to the newly opened Les Schwab Tires in Monument. It was like old-timey days! As soon as we pulled into a parking spot a Les Schwab guy can RUNNING out to the car to ask "How are you folks doing today? What can we do for you today?" It was VERY cold today, so even more impressive. These guys carried the tire into the store for us; the end result was 4 new tires and a GREAT customer service experience. They put a new tire on the rim, drove out to my car and changed the tire, drove the car back to their place, changed out the other 3 tires, and reinflated the spare. They checked my brake pads too. My husband and I had lunch and ran a couple of errands. They phoned when the car was done and I was able to complete the rest of my day as planned. read more

Our rental car tire had popped on the highway and we found ourselves stuck in Monument with no where to go and no one to help us. We called around to a few different places to see if they could help, and ALL of them turned us away or said we'd have to wait except for Les Schwab. They got us in and out in 25 minutes with just a patch and didn't charge us a dime. They were very professional, considerate and SO HELPFUL when we needed it the most. I pulled up brakeless in my black lifted Dodge Ram that had just lost all brake fluid at 557 pm. Not only did these guys run out, pull it in and find out the problem but offered to stay late and fix it. Saturday morning they called as soon as they opened, fixed the truck in an outstanding amount of time but did a excellent job as well. They were courteous and patient the whole time. Great Customer service!!! We have 2 trucks and a trailer that have needed work on. I've had 2 tires on the trailer replaced, 4 tires on one truck replaced, and airbags put on the other truck.
