Very disappointing…read more I called several places to get a price for an oil change for my truck. I got prices of $150, $180, $220 and $250 from the dealership. I decided to go here for $150, which was the cheapest but not out of line. My husband called to make the appointment and he was quoted the same price. We showed up and were told it has to be $250 because the truck is diesel. We both specifically said it was diesel when we called. So this seems to be a bait and switch. I can pay that price to get it done at the dealership- so why would I come here? Needless to say we have taken the truck somewhere else.

What was supposed to be 40-50 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half and despite the car being aligned it still favors the right side.

The Cons are basically what every negative review has touched upon, their pricing. Except for a few common things like oil changes, they rarely do bundle pricing for labor and parts. Instead, they write estimates on most operations like they're a dealership shop, including mechanical labor rates which are of course well over $100 an hour. I had an oil change and got a tune-up (new spark plugs) and it costs $900+. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that way of writing estimates, it's just very expensive for the consumer. They need bundle pricing so things are cheaper for the consumer. Overall, they are reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop. They just aren't the most value-priced mechanic in town.

They told me that there's no use in getting an alignment if the controls were damaged. The repair was around $2500. I did not get the service. Recently, I took my car into Honda for a full service inspection to find out, in fact, my control arms are not damaged and my bushings are intact. My partner also evaluated my car and he is mechanic savvy, only to confirm no issues lol. Unfortunately, this business took advantage of the fact that I'm a female and assumed I was ignorant and gullible. They've lost our service forever. I would approach their business with caution
