When I got in my car, they had vacuumed the front seat and placed a thank you card by the steering wheel. The little things are what count in customer service and they did a great job and will definitely be referring people their way. They have a restroom, snacks and beverages along with a huge parking lot. I also heard they offer loaner cars if you need one.

Then on two occasions I brought my vehicle in for service before taking road trips and got stuck a thousand miles from home when something broke that they should have fixed. The first time, I was driving to Colorado and the car quit when I reached the Rockies. Turns out the air filter hadn't been cleaned or replaced. When I returned home, I told Happy's what had happened and their explanation was that the filter got dirty between home and Colorado, and they hadn't done anything wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and a few months later got my brakes done before a trip to New York. By the middle of Pennsylvania, the brakes were squeaking and pulsating so badly that I had to limp to a local garage that my sister recommended. They redid the job for about 2/3 the cost of what I'd paid Happy's. That was when I decided to take my business elsewhere.

They fixed my truck right up and fixed the stem valve on a leaky tire. So excited not to have to add air every other day, especially in the winter months! The prices are very affordable for amazing quality work. Staff is always very friendly and they have nice refreshments if you opt to stay like I did. Showed up today and was told my appointment was at 2:30, despite having two emails to the contrary. Bottom line, you have been warned. After my vehicle was inspected and work completed I am adding additional information to my post. I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, and I think they deserve a second chance at a first impression based on how they handled the scheduling error, and their word-of-mouth reputation.

I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

They refuse to take any appointments for oil changes and they don't care that customers want appointments. I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. They always say between 2-3 pm. Yet that's the time I've been coming and I keep getting refused service. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. I was told the owners are aware that customers want appointments but they refuse to do it.
