The woman put my husband's name on it with Happy Birthday. The cake also had flowers decorating it. I've had cookies and bars other places near me that are GF/DF and not dry...the only difference I can think of is that I was able to get those items fresh, whereas with these being on the shelf, maybe was the difference. Chocolate Chip Cookies - good flavor, crumbly Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies - good flavor, crumbly Oatmeal Cream Pie - dry and too sweet for me Buckeye Donut - delightful flavor, very dense and a lot of icing, but I know that kept it on the moist side.
