At $4.50 a cookie (and some flavors are an extra $2), they're pretty expensive for this area. They also say they change flavors every Friday, but when I checked for three weeks, most of the flavors stayed the same. The biggest issue is that they keep "selling out" so early. One time I went around noon, and they were already out of 3 or 4 flavors. Another customer had driven over an hour for a certain cookie and was disappointed it was gone. I went back another day around 3 p.m., and they were sold out of about half the menu again. If you're charging premium prices, you really shouldn't be out of so many flavors that early. Crumbl seems to keep all their flavors available all day, so I wish they could do the same. (I looked last night to order for today and even on their website about half of the cookies are already sold out... What's the deal with that)

The girl who works there obviously hates her job.. maybe she should work somewhere else. She was very grumpy. I said I wanted to get the free cookies but didn't see it in the app how to add it. She said she had to do it. I also ordered an the chocolate tart. I told her that my bf just wanted the free cookie. She scoffed, so he ordered another item. A lady came in after us saying she just wanted the free cookie and thats it. The employee had such a rotten attitude towards her. Um hello, she is still getting paid to do her job and its the CEO's decision to give everyone a free cookie. I wont be back to this location. PLUS, there was a hair in my tart as shown in picture.
