Great customer service! While we were there the local EMTs came in for food and coffee (always good sign) would definitely go back if we are in the area. A few outside tables made it dog friendly and they are open early on Sunday mornings. read more

I was driving thru Bristol and I was looking for some coffee and breakfast and somewhere that I could seat and enjoy it. I searched for a restaurant and this one came up. I love to support a small business and the local economy. I gave them a shot and it was worth it! The bagel was made fresh as you could tell that it was soft and tasty. I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was loaded with bacon if you love bacon, look no further for the Baconator! The coffee was made to my request and it was very well done. I stayed there for a few hours and the staff was nothing but amazing, cordial and welcoming. If I am Bristol again, I know where to go for breakfast. (Sorry, no pictures were taken) read more

The prices are the worst part about this place. $2.25 for a very, very light spreading of plain cream cheese. $4.50 to add one egg, two paper thin slices of bacon and a smaller than average slice of cheese on a bagel. The bagels aren't the worst tasting I've ever had but they're nothing like New Jersey, where I'm from. They can definitely improve on their bagel making. I will not be back. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel... the person at the counter said the order back to me before I paid. He then said the order to the people preparing the food. Everything was correct. When I got the order it did not have egg on the bagel. I brought it back to the counter and asked if they could remake the sandwich... which they agreed to do since it was missing what I paid for. When the woman brought it over to me she was very confrontational and rude and told me that if I wanted egg next time I needed to ask for it (common sense). I told her I did ask for it and I said the guy at the counter repeated the order correctly before I paid. She continued to stand there and argue and tell me how I was wrong.... Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm assuming she is the one who prepared the bagel. She then went behind the counter, started eating, and continued to stare at us while we ate. The second bagel was not toasted and the egg was overcooked. The situation could have been handled very differently. Miscommunication happens, but no need to talk down to a customer because your employee messed up an order. There are a lot better bagel places in the tri-cities... would not recommend. read more

Stopped in and there were no customers in front of us. It took fifteen minutes to get our bagels to go. The schmears were left off on the side. The workers forgot about us while we waited patiently. Four other customers came and went, all getting specialty coffees which came out faster than putting bagels in a to-go bag. Food is always great, the staff they have working is very peculiar. I don't know what kind of crowd they want to attract to the store, but I don't enjoy seeing a man wearing shorts where his rear end is showing. I talked to a business down the road where they told me they stopped going because it was getting to much. Everyone has the right to be what they want to be. When customers are forced to see the people who make their food "expressing" theirselves it takes away from their experience. There is a time and place for everything. I would consider myself a regular and only had a few issues here and there with the service. I think workers should dress more professional and help make customers feel more welcomed. I rather not see a man wear cut off jean shorts or a woman wearing a velvet dress. It feels like I am telling some sort carnival what I would like on my bagel. read more
