The first 2 starts are for the taste and quality, love the chain, but this is definitely the worst location in the DFW. If you're lucky to be there when they actually have stock of options, the only thing you have to deal with is a less than satisfactory service from workers who are probably not paid enough to care. Most cases the service is only trumped by a lack of products and unwillingness to make a new batch of whatever they run out of, especially within 4-5 hours of them closing. Again, love the chain, one of my favorite places to grab a snack, I'll just avoid this location as I do when reminded about the service and can't get a slice or a double doozy cause they're out. read more

We took it back up to the store today and they REFUSED to do anything because we ate some of it! They refused to give us a refund or even remake it for us!! Very disappointed in my most recent visit. I always come here when I'm craving cookie cake and get one every year for my birthday. My husband called in an order on Monday and when we went to pick up the cake on my birthday on Tuesday they did not have it. They had absolutely no record of it. Unfortunately with it being a called in order we didn't have an email confirmation and they didn't take payment ahead of time, so it was as if the order just vanished. They just assumed my husband ordered it at the other location, but after double checking the phone number he called, we were in fact at the correct location, just empty handed. They did not offer us any way to fix the problem so I had to go home empty handed. Left this pregnant mama very disappointed and sad on her birthday. read more

I had ordered their largest cookie cake online and was for pick up in the evening. When to pick up was told it was not ready for they did not have a decorator and was told they left a message as well. They reprinted a receipt and gave my son a business card of the manager to call to get picked up. This took place 12/23/23. To this day I still don't have my cookie cake or a refund. They claim they would have never given me a reprint of the receipt of a cookie was not picked up. But yet received a voicemail saying it was not going to be ready that I noticed after going there for they mentioned it to my son and apologized that we came and did not have a cookie cake for us. The manager now has denied a refund or a cake to replace the one to pick up. What is even more funny is the manager claims she was there when the employee said to talk to a manger after the holiday to resolve. Just a note on top of all this we went there another time to go in person to show and try to order it and was denied. Then tried a piece of the cake and you know what the cookie was horrible. At this point wouldn't get the cookie for their quality has gone down. Don't waste your money goto SAMS, grocery stores they have a thicker cookie that tastes fresher than theirs. Try for yourself. Don't give them your business. We won't. I just checked marble slab corp and this is not a requirement. They are supposed to go by local regulations. And I've filed a complaint with the bbb. Love the ice cream, RUDE EMPLOYEE. (Short light skin women, with space buns and giant gold hoops) Walked in, asked for a sample, I understand completely due to corona virus some restrictions were in places.
