My kids and I stopped for cookies and ice cream. We went to the restroom to wash our hands. Both bathrooms had not been cleaned in days and neither had a working soap dispenser. We had to ring for the worker and ask her to replace the soap so we could wash our hands. After she replaced the soap she let us know it was working in the women's restroom, but still wouldn't work in the men's restroom. When we went back to order no one was at the register to help even though we had spoken to them about the soap and had interacted with them already. The high chairs had not been cleaned in a while as there was food debris stuck all over them. After ordering the employees went to the back and did not return. We had planned to order cookies but did not because of this and the fact that it was a huge hassle to get any help. Super disappointed we stopped here. read more

I stopped by to get my kids an after school surprise and ordered a cookie cake slice for one daughter and a couple of the double doozies for the others. I purposely asked for a particular cookie cake slice because it was cute and cheerful. When my daughter opened the box it was all broken up. I thought it was odd that she was putting it in a box that isn't as wide as the slice, but I figured she knew what she was doing. Do not come here!!! They had no cookies!!!! The two girls are clueless behind the counter. We waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told that they had a whole rack of not edible cookies!!??? I keep trying to give this location another try. The first time I came, the doors were locked during normal business hours. The second time, the cookie cake I ordered was delayed by a few hours. Luckily I had read reviews online that this is common at this location so it didn't impact my party. The cake was good and decorations were cute. Stopped by for a slice of cookie cake the displays were almost completely empty. No doozies or anything with frosting. I went in the bathroom and there were dead bugs on the floor and what appeared to be bodily fluids smeared on the walls. Probably will drive to Wylie next time I have a craving. read more

Nice big sitting area. Today is National Chocolate chip cookie day and there was no advertisement or promotion. You can not pay with Apple Pay. I strongly dislike the add a tip at the register as the employee stares at you. One scoop of ice cream and two cookies in the bag is nothing above and beyond to earn a tip. This place is great! We often stop by while on a walk or drive up for some ice cream and/or cookies. The staff is polite, personable and professional. On today's visit we celebrated my 1 year and 3 year old daughter's first swim lessons. They did great so it's time for a treat! They have a good selection of ice cream flavors, toppings are included so it's an ice cream plus. The facility is clean, bathrooms are as well. High chairs are on site for use. I totally forgot to check for changing tables in the restrooms, I'll update on my next visit. Our associate Jackie was great, I ordered dark chocolate with Reese's mixed in, my 3yp had strawberry ice cream with M&Ms mixed in and Jackie even gave my 1 year old a baby scoop of birthday cake ice cream on the house! They had a full selection of cookies but we were full of sweets on this visit. Maybe next time. read more

I ordered a birthday cake cookie . The smallest one paid $46. Looked great. Got home that night after dinner to celebrate and the cookie cake was inedible. It was hard as a rock, super thin and had no flavor and I had asked for lots of icing. There was barely anything on top of the cookie besides the decorative part and the the birthday writing /decor. I have used them for years once a year for a birthday cookie cake ....... will never be back.. read more

Can't even rate. Ordered a mint chocolate chip cake for a birthday and this is what we received. The order was also not ready when we got there. Called the manager but he was not available. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a cake. 1st time was excellent. 2nd time was not and therefore would never go back or recommend. You would do much better elsewhere. read more

My girlfriend Place an order online for 3:30 , she got there at 3:45 and it still wasn't ready , she waited 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready , so she just left and told me to pick it up . I got there at 4:30 and I was patiently waiting for someone to help me . They didn't say anything and I was waiting for 15 minutes until a customer told them to help me and they said oh I thought he was waiting for pick up . NEVER GOING BACK!!! read more

Never answer the phone. Placed an online order and it wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. Came back to pick up and the cookies were not fresh. Doesn't seem to accept online orders any more. I'd rather drive to Garland for great customer service and easy online ordering. read more

Was a little wary coming in, but the place must be under new management because the reviews don't seem to reflect the store anymore. We ordered a cookie cake same day and it was decorated beautifully on the day after Thanksgiving. The workers are super friendly and accommodating with killer recommendations - I got a shake and they suggested the Cinnamon and coffee ice cream together and it was so heavenly that I might just have found a new place for my cold coffee fix! So glad we stopped in and gave this place another shot. We will definitely be back! read more

This place has the nicest employees ever. We go here a lot and I've never had a bad experience! Both the ice cream and cookies are delicious, and unlimited mix-ins is awesome (even if I get the same thing every time ). I do think it's a little on the pricey side but obviously not enough to deter me from coming here. Pay them a visit next time you're craving something sweet, you will not regret it! read more

This is supposedly a cookie store. Yet, I've stopped by three times in the last month and 70 - 80% of the cookie case is empty. I've gone by at different times of the day but still had the same results. There were a few chocolate chips, some peanut butter, an occasional oatmeal raisin and some brownies.
