They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Doing some work in Harford County I noticed their signs on many lawns in Joppatowne especially. Winter is slow for contractors. I reached out to Aero and they sent their sales guy out to the house, offered architectural shingles at a price not much higher than traditional shingles. They were honest with pricing and had the requisite guarantees on paper. Lumber was high at the time and shingles were about to soar 16%. The rep wasn't lying. A friend in real estate said his contacts couldn't meet Aero's price. The crew did their job. Mostly. Nearly nine months after the job I'm still finding nails and old tar paper around my house. This new roof looks good and will definitely outlast me. I recommend, with few reservations, Aero Contracting.
