Workers are rude and unhelpful. Some workers made rude comments on the hair they were working on and talk in an unkind manner.

They were nice but I received a pretty bad haircut from here. Uneven and didn't clean up the neck/hairline. I didn't really notice how bad it was until my friend commented on it. read more

We have been going to this Great Clips for a while now and my son and his dad have always gotten great cuts but my son got his haircut on 3/26/17 by a young blond girl we had never seen and it was the worst cut ever. There were long straggly pieces she missed and the cut itself was terrible. I don't know what look she was going for?? Cannot even style it well. Waste of $. I don't know the stylists names but there are some awesome ones at this location but possibly this young woman needs some more schooling? We definitely will go back for cuts but only with their favorites. read more

Very good service and hours later than most haircut places. Monique was great and cut my hair even better than I thought I wanted it to be. On top of that, she was very careful and thorough. I also asked her to trim my beard and she did an incredible job with that, too. In the end, she also trimmed my eyebrows. Monique is absolutely fantastic as are the other stylists at this location! She is extremely personable and great to talk to. I have never walked away with a bad hair cut from Great Clips. I would definitely recommend checking in online using their iPhone app rather than just walking in. It will save you a lot of time. read more

No stars! Bad experience. The blond lady, possibly in her 40's (pharo I think was her name) who cut my hair gave me a carol brady haircut and I was just asking for a trim. My hair was almost one length with long layers to begin with. After going home and realizing the front was crooked, I went back. I had the other stylist who was working fix my hair. As she was trying to fix my hair, she then mentioned she had also cut the back of my hair uneven. In an effort to fix this mess, I had to cut several more inches off the back to straighten my hair out. I had several long pieces which were several inches long sticking out past the length of my hair. Will not be back!! I didn't have time to post a revue and this happened last year and still growing my hair out. Just wanted to warn anyone in case this lady is still cutting hair there. Hopefully not. read more

They supposedly open at 8. I arrived at 8. Closed. They finally showed up. and unlocked the door. I asked if I could come inside and sit down as it was cold. they said "no" due to the cash box. But the store had a sign in the front window "limited cash on hand." So I felt like a criminal. They let me come in after a while. Then four other customers entered and had to be checked in. Then they posted a sign on the TV saying next customer = 60 minute wait. Then they decided to let me sit in the chair but they had to set up the station. So my 8:00 hair cut started at 8:18. Bottom line = great hair cut, worth the wait. The young lady who cut my hair explained she was alone until 9 am when another person might show up. read more

She listened to what I wanted and took the appropriate time to cut my hair. Jenny did a fine job and checked her work periodically to ensure it met my needs. I used to go to my mom's hair stylist for years growing up, unfortunately she moved away and i was stuck trying to find a new place. Through the grapevine i learned that one of her old apprentices picked up a job here so i decided to give it a try, The ladies there are so friendly (sorry if there are gents working there that i didnt see!) I found the professional who trained under my original and she informed me that they take notes on my haircut so that when i came back i could feel at ease with anybody cutting my hair and even introduced me to a few girls so i would have some familiar faces if she wasnt there, it was a great feeling to finally get the cut i wanted! :) read more

got a really crappy haircut from this place for $17, rip off. lady cut my hair for about 10 minutes and then said thats it. I then told her what about the hair in my eyes and my neck hair. she proceeded to use the electric shaver to get the neck hair off and did a horrible job. left a bunch of neck hair on one side. i will not ever be returning here and don't recommend you go here. was not satisfied. read more

Debbie was prompt in contacting me, took my concerns seriously and went out of her way to a more than reasonable resolution. Debbie IS great!** NOTHING about my experience was great! :( I stopped here desperately in need of a haircut during an extraordinarily busy few weeks with work. I have done Supercuts in a pinch with fabulous results. Unfortunately, there was no Supercuts near me but "Great Clips" was right down the street from me and I figured it couldn't be that different, so I took shot. Wish I hadn't! The "stylist" who absolutely butchered my hair spent the entire time wheezing heavily down my neck. I brought in 6 photos (3 of which were recent pictures of ME with all angles of the style I was looking for) of exactly the cut I wanted. I explained to her precisely what I was looking for. She did what she wanted with devastating results! I had paid for a blowdry in addition to the shampoo (which was cold and lasted all of MAYBE 90 seconds with shampoo AND conditioner) and cut. The "blowdry" experience was about 10 minutes of the blowdryer on at MOST medium temp and low speed. Once she got my hair to relatively damp, she soaked it and my scalp in hairspray (so much for the shampoo) and then took a round brush with the dryer still on the warm and low setting made a feeble attempt at styling. There was no flat iron, nothing. I left with a sticky, gummy, choppy, uneven travesty on my head. Needless to say, I will NOT be back! read more

Since great clips was in the neighborhood me and my son always go there to cut our hair. Last year they messed my hair up , so I went back to super cut . Three months later they sent me coupon so I go there again because the manager Monique cuts hair very good, but stay a way from the new employees.Two days ago I took my son to cut his hair since His school started tomorrow. I went to great clips so he can look nice but they messed my sons hair really bad. There were random hairs sticking out and his sideburns weren't equal and my son asked the lady to cut half of an inch off but now there is one inch of hair left and he had lot of hair. Now, since they messed up twice I'm never going there ever again to cut my hair. If they are going to cut hair like how I have experienced it they shouldn't be cutting hair.
