The service provider not only had an attitude from the moment we walked in, but this is the "haircut" she gave my boyfriend. I'm in shock. Not only was she rough, but my boyfriend was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Yanking, scraping, pulling. I've never seen a cut THIS bad in the Johns creek area. I expected an ok haircut from great clips. Not a hack job. We're now out $80+ after getting it fixed plus the initial cut. I style wigs and groom dogs for a living and I could have done better with a pair of kitchen scissors and a rusty razor. read more

Holy Cow! This was an absolute slaughtering of my sons hair. The worst haircut I have ever seen. It looks like they ruined it on purpose. Think I'm exagerating? Look for yourself. I was in shock. I've been going to this Great Clips for nearly 3 years now. Carmen and Cindy are both experienced stylists and I highly recommend them both. If you check out this location's Google Reviews you'll see it gets a higher rating than on Yelp. If you'd like a reasonably priced haircut take my advice and see Carmen or Cindy. The money you'll save will allow you to see them more often to maintain your style. This Great Clips deserves at least 4 Stars. read more

Unbelievably poor service today. We've been here several times, and have even bought a card to return, but I'm quite certain we never will go there again. Arnold greeted my 14-year old sold with, "Did you check in online?" "Um, No, I didn't" he replied. But the place was completely empty so we felt like it was okay that we didn't check in online. Arnold then asked, before taking him back to the chair, "How do you want your hair cut?" My son started to tell him what he had in mind, but Arnold didn't want to talk. In fact, he stopped my son from talking, "Stop. I asked you what kind of haircut you wanted." "Oh. Sorry..." my son apologized. Arnold was really, really unpleasant during the haircut. He didn't talk to him at all. It was very unpleasant. He was unfriendly, short and unpleasant. There's a Supercuts across the street, next to Kroger. We started going to Great Clips because it wasn't as long of a wait. But I guarantee we won't go to Great Clips at Haynes Bridge again. read more

So happy when my younger two grandsons (ages 8 and 10) are up for haircuts. I take them to the nearby Great Clips, and they always come out of there feeling good about their "new look." Yes, it is preferable to "check in" online, and with my new iPhone, I had to again download the app. But that just makes the visit go more smoothly, and one shouldn't fault the shop for trying to make it go quicker for all concerned. This Great Clips is terrible. My husband and son have been here several times. The European woman, I believe her name is Faye cannot cut hair. She also uses such a derogatory demeanor when pointing out flaws to people. Example, telling my husband his hair is thinning so much and he needs to buy the Tea Tree Shampoo. He has been using that for over 10 years, then to suggest another shampoo just to get a sale and put someone down. Ridiculous. Plus she almost buzzed the bottles of his hair and messed up and didn't even say anything, I guess she assumed he wouldn't notice since he cannot see the back of his head. Not recommended. read more

Pretty good for what they advertise, a quick walk in walk out hair cut, no perks. I normally go here every few weeks and just cut my hair thinned out and shortened a bit. Its not like a salon where you keep the same person and they know every aspect of your life, you just make small talk, if you want, and let it all just happen. read more

Such a waste of time coming all the way here and never getting the haircut. I walk in to an empty parlor and a horrible lady named Yasmin approached me. She didn't even greet me and rudely told me that the waiting time is one hour. I asked if she could give me a call when she is ready so I do not waste my time standing outside the shop. She accused me of being rude when I was making a simple request and I have other errands to run. Nevertheless, I waited outside for more than an hour assuming I would be directed inside once it is my turn (keep in mind the entire time the whole salon was empty and full of workers sitting idle on the chair). More than an hour later I went inside to ask when I will he called In and I was told by Yasmin that she never wrote my name in the customer waiting list while accusing me of being rude. This is highly unprofessional and frankly that lady shouldn't even have a job. Please save ur time and go to a different salon!!! State bridge location is much better. These people need a lesson in how to treat customers. Just left with my son and will not be back. Faye is so nasty to people. It's beyond me why she got into a line of work where she's dealing with people. I just called in an hour ago and checked in with the lady. When I arrived, they said I never called but it would 15 min wait. It was 40. Then they tried to call someone before me who had just walked in and argued with me that I wasn't next. I saw a couple reviews from years ago saying how bad this place was i figured they changed management so i gave it a shot and it was HORRIBLE i tried to get my hair straightened and the woman didnt know how to. Instead of admitting she didnt know how to straighten hair she still went ahead and took me in.... they didnt have a flat iron that actually worked and she said she told her manager and the owner to get a new one... i left the salon with curly frizzy wet hair and left dissappointed and humiliated lost 25$ i could of used to go to a better salon i learned my lesson NEVER COME HERE!!! read more

I used to have Janice cut my hair, and found out she left. I have or should I say HAD long hair which is now noticeably uneven on one side. I went in to have them fix my layered cut, it wasn't looking like it had been in the past from Janice. The lady only followed the existing haircut, after I told her I wanted her to find out what was wrong. She didn't have a clue as to what she was doing and never asked me what I wanted. She just got an attitude and asked the other hairdresser if she had advice since I wasn't happy. Yes, then the other one finished the job alright, she said I had dead ends which had to be cut off, then I told her I wanted it blended, what a mistake, it now looks like a lawnmower went over my ends literally. She took four inches I think off and never blended anything. I would recommend to NOONE to get a haircut there. She also wouldn't trim my bangs or sides either, no reason, neither would the second one. If anyone ever tells you that you have great hair, leave before they cut it all off, and never go back, or just get a refund and wait over six months for it to grow back and go home and cry like I did. Cased closed on this one, I hope they close their doors, no one should be cutting hair in that location, I wouldn't recommend them cutting even a dog's hair, and that's the truth. read more
