She took her time to discuss my hair goals, needs and expectations. The parking lot is rather small and they still make you call in to announce your arrival to see if they can allow you in. Even though they gloat over this state of the art air purifier that supposedly clear airborne viruses and other unsavory things ‍ They are definitely overpriced on many of their services.

I was then informed that I could wait at the front in a waiting room. My stylist was Ginger and she was a little abrasive. Very rough on my head, even folding the foils down over my face and applying the hair color over my eyes and nose. She was one of those people who made you feel dumb when you asked a question, and also like she had better things to be doing besides working with you. I am less than satisfied with my results, and even less satisfied with the level of service I received. I will probably not consider going back to Ginger any time soon.

The barber asked me what I wanted and as soon as I told him he walked away. Then he came back and started snipping away. And I walked out with a haircut I did not want. I was referred to Flora Salon and Spa to ask if they could help.
