I liked the color and it turned out great except the roots were lighter than rest of my hair. My hair was super long and was giving me a head ache. I asked if she was really good with long,, thick & wavy hair. She said yes and I allowed her to cut it. It sadly was very chopped in the back. I was very sad. I did go back a 2nd time for root touch up though because I needed it & MI was just opening. When I asked her to blow dry the back with a little flip, she said something like "Nope not doing that!" I just said nothing and left. But that first visit, I should've known that something was wrong when she didn't want me to see the back of my hair until she curled it . She offered to curl it for free. I'm pretty sure it's because she was trying to hide the 2- layers that were cut without any blending. She had it timed perfectly so I never felt like I was waiting for her to finish something with the other person. She uses high quality products and her salon has a clean and modern design. I was actually comfortable at the sink when she washed my hair. Pretty much every salon sink I have ever used has given me a sore neck. I was and still am very happy with my hair. I seriously felt amazing when I walked out with the styling she did.
