They all do great work, but also my haircut is quite simple. I do the same high fade every time I like to keep it short and clean, which means it needs to be cut regularly. I don't see the need to spend amounts on a haircut. The price is super affordable, although I dotend to over tip. I think the gals are worth at least 10 or more. read more

Im usually not big on small talk and prefer to relax but in her words, "it's like a barber shop but all women" they joked and had fun making the experience enjoyable. She's a quiet middle aged white lady, long story short don't get a haircut from her. l asked for O on the sides and back. She told me right off the bat she doesn't do O, so I said 1 is fine, which it is. She then proceeded to just cut 1 half way up, and left the upper half of the sides and back longer but with NO FADE OR TRANSITION what so ever, and she had the audacity to ask me if it's good! I've been visiting the shop at Durango and Warm Springs and have had mixed reviews about the cuts I have received. But this last one was absolutely terrible. Not a complicated haircut, but I left with practically a mohawk she shaved so much off. And I work in a conservative profession where I am expected to look the part. If they say they keep your haircut on file, why does it never look the same twice?! Worst haircut in my life! I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done with this place. I usually don't have a problem with Great Clips, but this time, the stylist cut my hair today did it completely different from the last stylist I had the last time, and didn't listen to my request to leave the top alone, nor did she understood the last haircut I requested the last time. This location was not busy at all during this covid reopening times. The ladies were very friendly and helpful when they were tending to my haircut. They do listen to what the customer wants, some places do not listen to the customer and try to cut the hair the way they feel it should. They did have good conversations while cutting, there is nothing like going to hair salon and it being very quiet and awkwardness. This location had a good discount also for the reopening, I would say those check in online that way you get seen sooner. read more
