Okay, so my friend and I had a whole other adventure before we got here. It involved us getting scammed by a so-callled psychic who only accepted cash, so we tried to get money from an ATM in Dotty's, leaving our hate smelling like disgusting cigarette smoke.. gross. All we wanted was a hair wash. My friend wanted the conditioning treatment too. Mine was cheaper because it was just the wash. I love how the water was never cold. It was perfectly warm and comfortable. My friend even said she could've fallen asleep lol Diana was the one taking care of my friend and I, and she was so nice! She actually blow-dried my hair for free while my friend was still getting her hair treated under the blower. I was visiting Vegas and my hotel spa was complete booked so was desperate for a quick dead end cut - they fit me in right away and I was in and out in 20 minutes max. The woman who cut my hair (wish I remembered her name) was Sooooo sweet and did a perfect job. My hair is so healthy now. I never posted a bad review , I had a really unprofessional interview , I was schedule for 11:30 am on 6/29/20202 , the interviewer Sarah district manager got there 30 minutes late and told me I'm sorry I'm late I was changing in my gym clothes , very unprofessional being late as district manager , showed up in gym clothes , when she was late I wanted to pack up and leave I was really irritated how unprofessional how she treated me , I don't want to work for manager who doesn't take their job seriously, or help grow in the industry and be team player . Went in randomly I've never been to a super cuts, but I just really needed a haircut. I got in with Ruby and she was awesome! Very professional and sweet. Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. My hair is somewhat long and hairdressers usually tell me they can't layer it too short, but Ruby did without trouble and my hair came out so voluminous and bouncy because of it, exactly how I like it. Sarah is absolutely the best! Can't believe I found such a great stylist at a Supercuts but I won't see anyone else. Not all stylists know what to do with curly hair but she blows out my hair as a pro and styles it into beautiful waves, just the way I like it. She always listens to her clients. I'm so used to having only the best stylists at pricey, high end boutiques and it's so refreshing to get the best value for my needs. Now my young daughter won't let anyone touch her hair either and says,"Mom, I love Sarah, she's just so real and personable with me as much as she is with you and no-one has ever made me look so good and listened to me before." I'm very disappointed, I made a appointment to with Rubie to find out she wouldn't be in for 2 more hours. All I need was a TRIM. Over my ears and back of neck. No shampoo , no style. They charged me $18.25 with senior discount. Said they have new owners. Seriously, they just played with the wrong person!! And loss a good customer, watch your pocket books when if you go in there. Came here while on vaca with my mom on a Wednesday and thankful that I had. I got my haircut the day before my family and I had left for Vegas and the lady totally butchered my hair. I asked her to cut off all the dead/split ends and she cut off only half an inch... That was not all my dead ends. The girl here at Supercuts who had shampooed, dried, cut, and styled my hair was so cute and nice. She definitely had personality. I forget her name, but she had short hair and a tattoo of Elvis on her arm. She gave me ideas and told me how much she would have to cut off if she cut all my dead ends. It was a little more than TWO inches! I knew the lady that had previously cut my hair didn't know what was going on. But thankfully this girl cut my hair just the way I wanted it. Haircut was good and quick for my son. But I went in at 4:45 and my son didn't get his haircut until almost 6!! I felt like she should have cut his hair before her break because it took so long. We sat there for an hour waiting for her to eat...kind of disappointing. I usually tip $10 on $15 haircut but only tipped $5 because we waited so long. Showed up at the wrong time I guess. read more

It's Supercuts, so I guess what else should you expect, but this place is just off the charts bad. Aside from the rude employee and overall hostility, she butchered my hair. I had even shoulder length hair (man) and wanted it layered a bit in the back and no more than 1" taken off. She made like, 12 cuts total with scissors and it was completely uneven and fkd up. Asked her to texturize the ends to try to hide the chopped ends but she just made it even more uneven. I just stopped her before she ruined my hair beyond repair and got out of there. I won't say her name because maybe she was having a bad day, but I truly wonder how she could have passed beauty school or whatever haircut training necessary for a license. Don't cheap out, spend the extra $5-10 for a barber or salon, they're everywhere in the area. read more

I like to go close to home. This is my 3rd time coming here. The first time it was great. The second time was ok I did not want to wait as long as I did. The third time was not cool. I called I was told to come in 20 minutes. I showed up being told it will be 45 minutes to an hour. I normally don't rate haircut places and have been going to this Supercuts for years yet today when I walked in and started yammering about a cut I got last month at another Supercuts the young man said hold on! Show me what you want and let's go from there. Jordy then got me in the chair and he starting going to work on my hair. I have to say he was so sweet and honest it was refreshing. When he saw what I originally wanted, he said the girl in the picture was wearing a wig and there was no way to get that exact cut. I asked him about a cut I saw on the poster and he was very honest so we went with a shag! It came out beautiful! This young man takes great pride in his work and makes sure you are happy! I came in at around 5:40 pm and the young lady was very polite but she had a line of people waiting for her. I asked for the waiting time which was about an hour and a half or so. I asked if anyone else was cutting but it was just her. This is unbelievable this is the 5th time this has happened and am so frustrated that the manger doesn't put another person with her. Obviously it's a busy time and is ridiculous that you would only have 1 person!!! The young lady has cut before and it was amazing, but the fact that the manager doesn't care that the customers have to wait such a long time is absurd. The last manger never had this problem so I don't understand what's so hard about the scheduling! read more

this was my first time here decided to try it because of all the good reviews but i really shouldn't have. my check in time was 12 and i was early and they took me right away so that had me excited but then i sat down and the lady was saying bad things about my hair like i get it it's your job to tell me what to do right in the future but i felt like crying when she pointed out my grey hair and how i was too young to have one then she cut my hair and she wasn't even parting it in the middle evenly she was lazily brushing my hair and cutting it like she was a kid when i got home and took a shower my hair was so uneven at the bottom when i have done so much to have a straight even line over the years she barely asked me what i wanted i just told her i needed to get rid of my split ends which she then said she can tell i haven't cut my hair in over a year and i'm just confused as to why the unnecessary comment? i was nice because im the one that made the choice to come here but at the end of the day i spent 30$ with tip and i don't think i should've spent that much for the bad job that she did read more
