Since it is two different haircuts in one it is hard to style - I've tried to style it for the last two hours. & I have many short layers I did not ask for.. I did not realize how bad it was until I got home and my hair had air dried. I will now no longer be coming here for my hair cuts. I never wish this bad of service to anyone!!! I previously had blonde highlights and asked for all over color that was light reddish brown and I emphasized "more red than brown". I also wanted bangs and showed a picture of what I wanted. Unfortunately I ended up walking out really disappointed. My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. Also the bangs are really bad, one they are not anything like the picture I showed before they were cut and the sides are uneven. I will say that every one was very sweet and the color of my hair is pretty but not what I asked for.

I always pick Blo over the dry bar because of the comfortable chairs they have while getting my hair done (dry bar have the most uncomfortable chairs) and they always seem to have much better parking. Blo is the best in my book! My only complaint is that I can't bring this San Antonio stylist back to Austin with me.
