From the very start, she brings this warmth, kindness, and really beautiful energy that makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. She created such a relaxing environment, even down to the music -- not the typical spa soundtrack, but something thoughtful and calming that really set the mood. She took her time, used high-quality products, and you can feel how much care and pride she puts into what she does. I was so relaxed I kept dozing off during parts of it, which pretty much says everything.
