To make matters worse, they left the entire back of her head with no hair, and the braiding was so lumpy that it looked careless and unprofessional. When she went back to express her concerns, instead of correcting their poor work, they told her she would have to pay again to fix it. That is absolutely unacceptable. For the money spent, the service and quality were nowhere near what anyone should expect. It was sloppy, rushed, and not worth the price. Do not put your head in their hands. Stay away!

We picked a rich brown, she applied the color, said she would be back in 15 minutes but returned 25 minutes later. By then, my hair was black. After rinsing and drying, it was so dark, I was upset. She took forever it seemed to do a trim of 1/2 inch, and I just wanted to get out of there. No, I did not complain to the owner or stylist, but I should have; I was just upset, and the stylist knew it. I just need to find someone I can trust and who is experienced. I ended up going home and finding a product online that would strip out color gently, and after 3 applications of this product, my hair looked medium brown again instead of black. So disappointed in this local salon; maybe they should monitor or mentor their new hires better. I had gone here before for a trim with a different stylist, and she did do a good job, but she is part-time and is hard to schedule with.
