This past Tuesday I went in for a haircut, a layered pixie cut. I got a woman who was named Christy a older woman. When I set down she says oh you got the curly hair like we like. I guess she thought I wore it curly and didn't pay attention to gaps. I actually wear my hair straight. And been wearing the same cut for a while. The lady didn't even so much take her comb from the roots and do the 1 1&2 inch finger hold. More or less if she had just put a bowl on my head and cut straight around it. I'd probably came out with the same cut. Because I have a bowel cut. No layers, no tapering, no texte rising it. More or less I'd probably done better to get a $2 haircut. She knew I wasn't happy with it when I left. But now after 4 days later, I'm still not happy with it. It still looks like someone put a bowl on it and went around it. I still can't do anything with it. But since I spent $20 on a craped up haircut. I have to wait till I get some extra money. Are these people licenced here? Did they do the state board? Because she clearly doesn't know how to go by a picture I kept holding up and showing her either! Want be back. And if any goes and a older woman named Christy wants to cut your hair. I had a broken hand and could not scrub my own hair because I was in a brace and so I thought I would go there and get a good shampoo. The lady put some shampoo on her hand and with the palm of her hand she rubbed the shampoo all over my head and then rinsed it out. I used to be a hairdresser years ago and I know what a good shampoo is supposed to feel like she did not use the tips of your fingers to scrub my hair at all. She just rubbed some shampoo around with the palm of her hand. Because a shampoo is only $9. I was going to give her a $10 tip but she did not even scrub my hair so she only got a $5 tip. And if you're going there for a shampoo, don't waste your time because they'll cut your hair, but they wet it down with a bottle. They don't even clean your hair read more

Apparently, it all depends on who you have to be your hairstylist. A few months ago I went in and had a transition cut from hair that I was letting grow for 10 months to a shorter style. At that time, I was pleased with the cut. When I went back to have it trimmed, getting a different stylist,I was very disappointed. Not only was the cut uneven on the sides by at least an inch she did not blow dry my hair nor asked me if I wanted to leave with it wet? At that time I had a coupon mailed to me that I used from great clips so I guess Ihad the 'coupon special.' I wish we could know ahead of time, when a favorite stylist is there to make appointments. Total bullshit... walked in and they gave me a 39 minute wait time. Whatever, had time to kill so I gave them my phone number and went and sat in my truck. At 35 minutes I walked in and I was still 7th in line. Waited another 15 minutes and I was 3rd in line so I walked back out to my truck. Watched 2 people leave (another 10 minutes) so I walked back in and didn't see my name on the waitlist anymore. Lady at the counter said because it's been over an hour it removes you from the list.... Most insane thing I've ever heard of and the lady said "I can put you back in line". First time going to this salon. Checked in online and glad I did ! Very busy but still did not wait long. Greet everyone and explain how they do business. Stylist was warm and friendly and paid attention as to how I wanted my haircut. Came out great!!!! Will highly recommend and will go back. The girls were so sweet & listened to every detail I said about how I wanted my hair. They both worked on my hair to get it just right. I wished I could remember their names bc I would mention them. Finally able to get a haircut after the lockdown. Staff here was doing a great job of keeping customers distanced and informed as to your wait status. Unfortunately,one of the ladies was relating an incident of a customer when they first re opened. He was cussing out the young lady who was directing the customer traffic into the salon in a safe manner. He didn't want to wear a mask,so he took it,(the "hoax") out on her. Maybe this moron should take his chainsaw and cut his own hair..I'm pretty sure that the families of the hundreds of thousands of dead people would switch places with the idiot read more

Been coming here for years, currently in store writing this review there's 6 workers I checked in ONLINE at 1:30, and was third in line. To get a cut, well they obviously looked passed me as other people that signed in after me and got their hair cuts. I was never acknowledged once. Awful customer experience. This one experience cost a loyal customer. Will find another place. I even waiting and gave eye contact to see if they would acknowledge and nothing. read more
