I'm very grateful to have a healthy, organic and clean food option in Greensburg (as there aren't many). The only thing that would make this establishment better is the customer service. Unfortunately, over the last year or so, I've experienced poor customer service on a number of occasions. Just a PSA: if you come in anywhere within 15 minutes of closing time, expect to be met with very obvious disgust by the employees. I understand wanting to go home the moment your shift ends or the store closes; I've worked in food service for years, but I also know sometimes that's just not what happens. I stopped by recently, shortly before closing time, and received no greeting of any kind. I only received hostile stares from the girls behind the counter. It was very uncomfortable. I actually said at one point, "Is it a problem that we're here? We can just leave if it is." Eventually, one girl said "No, it's fine. We're open til 6" and proceeded to make the two smoothies I had ordered. I do feel bad that coming in at that time was such a stressful experience for the employees but I wish the employees understood the importance of treating all customers with equal courtesy and respect. I would be more understanding if it was a sit down restaurant and I tried to order multiple full course meals, but I simply wanted two smoothies. My recommendation would be to lock your doors at 5:45 pm if you want to be done serving customers by 6 pm. I think it would save the employees a lot of anguish.

It was a nice treat and much enjoyed on the hot day, but I don't think I'd ever become a frequent visitor due to the pricing. I love many of the bowls and juices and like the variety of offerings. The juices are refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. One of my favorite bowls is the 8th Ave, which is a simple classic. The coffee is also really good, and I love it in the Coconut New Orleans smoothie. The fruit has always been fresh and ripe, exactly what you want as a topping on these bowls. The bowls are also a good size, where I can usually freeze half for later. The store is located in a little shopping center in Morgantown, with plenty of parking nearby. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice to spend some time outside on warm days. If you stay and eat, there are a few tables for different size groups, though grab and go is always an option too. I like the refrigerated grab and go case too if you want to stock up on juices for later or want a drink with your bowl. It's great to have a place with healthy and light options like this in town. I felt bad and apologized immediately, but she didn't show any frustration at all. She happily made my smoothie and kept reassuring me it was completely fine. I didn't get her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition. I was having a really tough day, and she ended up being the only positive part of it. That kind of kindness and customer service really stands out.
