An amazing price considering the only damage is some scuffs on the bent in freezer handle, which is easily replaceable if we cared. Delivery was fast and they came on time the day of. Had absolutely no issues and would happily shop here again in the future.

We were able to boil it down to some miscommunication and ill-made assumptions. I made it clear that I don't think that they are inherently bad people but I was simply seeking open and transparent communication on processes and expectations. James was very kind to me and even though I had my frustrations with them, I'll never say Ramon and Bo were ever rude to me either. Customer service in reference to tone has always been 10/10 even with the fluctuation in the service. I get it, no one is perfect. It's the holiday season and I'll chalk it up to a brain fart so if you are visiting soon I'd recommend keeping things annotated on paper for reference. He held the fridge I wanted, I went back and ended up finding one I liked even better. Mind you these are new but "dented/scratched" in some sort of way. They give the steep discount because it is not in mint condition. I understand that going in. The fridge is for my rental unit. It's not the prettiest BUT it works and keeps the items cold. If you aren't sure if it is in working on or the way you want it, I suggest you take an extension cord and have time in your day to ensure it's working and doing what you want it to do. I'll be going back for a few more items because I personally had a good experience and had no issues with the fridge I bought. If this changes I'll adjust my review when I go back to buy the other items I intend to purchase.

Well, they called yesterday and said for unseen circumstances they won't be delivered until November 22nd. 2 DAYS BEFORE Thanksgiving!!!! So we needed a fridge FAST!! So off we went and found American Frieght in San Antonio. We were greeted by the nicest salesperson Rita! She is a dream. She helped us look for exactly what we needed. And could get us a delivery in 2 days. Since we would eventually get our other fridges we thought we could buy smaller ones that would eventually go in our laundry rooms. Rita was just great. She wrote up both our orders, but there was a gal that came in after us, but her order got done first and took the last spot for a Friday delivery. This is where Rita did her best to help us out. She got the manager to come over and because they knew our situation with my daughter and her 3 little babies that we needed a fridge ASAP!! Jeremy did his magic and got us a delivery for the next day on Thursday! We couldn't of been more happy. Thank you Rita and Jeremy for being such great people. We will do all of our appliance shopping here from now on. Oh and P.S. Rita gave us some great places to go and to eat. First two times was the same person, third time I believe was a different person. Third time was lots of mansplaining, laughing at people asking about pricing, them not understand that based on the quality of the item (uneven chair because of missing padding) it was reasonable to ask about pricing on certain items. I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!
