I have informed AHS never to send A & S Appliance to my home again. My situation is still not resolved. I spoke with AHS, and they need to find another company to address the issues. If you don't have AHS, don't waste your money on this company. They have a bad attitude, are rude, and display a sense of entitlement. I should have known something was wrong after the second visit. The third time, the technician was supposed to inform me about what they needed to do, but S. Lan decided he knew better than me and left the premises instead.

He held the fridge I wanted, I went back and ended up finding one I liked even better. Mind you these are new but "dented/scratched" in some sort of way. They give the steep discount because it is not in mint condition. I understand that going in. The fridge is for my rental unit. It's not the prettiest BUT it works and keeps the items cold. If you aren't sure if it is in working on or the way you want it, I suggest you take an extension cord and have time in your day to ensure it's working and doing what you want it to do. I'll be going back for a few more items because I personally had a good experience and had no issues with the fridge I bought. So off we went and found American Frieght in San Antonio. We were greeted by the nicest salesperson Rita! She is a dream. She helped us look for exactly what we needed. And could get us a delivery in 2 days. Since we would eventually get our other fridges we thought we could buy smaller ones that would eventually go in our laundry rooms. Rita was just great. She wrote up both our orders, but there was a gal that came in after us, but her order got done first and took the last spot for a Friday delivery. This is where Rita did her best to help us out. She got the manager to come over and because they knew our situation with my daughter and her 3 little babies that we needed a fridge ASAP!! Jeremy did his magic and got us a delivery for the next day on Thursday! We couldn't of been more happy. Thank you Rita and Jeremy for being such great people. We will do all of our appliance shopping here from now on. Oh and P.S. Rita gave us some great places to go and to eat. Hooked up the meter and checked it out. replaced the part and all was well. Timely and efficient service. unfortunately, we had them back out twice as the issued wasn't 100% resolved. But they came back both times and worked the problem until resolved. no extras, no extra fees. Works great now. 5 stars to the Refrigerator crew!! after such positive success with the fridge, we called Premier for their dishwasher team. we were able to order and replace the needed parts ourselves with LGs great website and video assistance. however, one problem remained that continues to elude repair. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. Then hewas belligerent about coming out to do a diagnostic, quoting the fee for that. We were asking for that help, so we're already to pay for it! This the consult. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." Problem not solved. 0 stars for the dishwasher guys.

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!
