We decided to have a smaller birthday party here last minute. The location was clean, game fun, and staff very helpful. Kylie was a wonderful game host. She was very informative and patient with our group. I don't think we would have completed without her help!!! Check out the nuclear facility room for a good time.

Awesome gang right here!

Super fun! Their team was so cool and helpful. I was skeptical about doing it, hubby and SIL were insistent, though. I'm so glad we did it, we had a fun family time and we succeeded in robbing a bank

Nathan is THE best game master, full of energy and overall. Coming back next week and hopefully we get him again.

*This is only for the rage room* My friend and I went to the rage room here for the first time in…read moreJan (finally getting a chance to write my review) and it was alright. I've been to a rage room before and this one really needs to step up it game. First, only one person is allowed in the smaller room with a fridge, punching bag, few panels, a table (that you can't hit), some glass bottles scattered around and like 8 extras you can bring in, and a guy that stands there and watches you from outside the room despite cameras being setup (it was a little awkward but he was nice). Next, safety gear needs updating. I had glass hit me in the face when I hit a bottle (the guy warned us it could happen) but definitely some face shields should be a thing because their safety glasses aren't great. Lastly, definitely need more options to destroy and destroy with. I only saw a metal pipe to use to hit things with. It was still fun to do and definitely a stress reliever but I think I would rather go to a larger rage room.

We mistakenly went to the other Escape Room in town and when we arrive at Time to Escape, it was 8:14pm. When we walked in, the lobby was empty and once the attendant came up a couple minutes later (8:16p), he said "You are not my 8pm are you?, we have a 10 minute grace period unfortunately". They do not offer refunds. But we could call on another day to speak to a manager and maybe they can reschedule with an additional fee. They only had two workers this Saturday night. Now based on my scheduling the event time and availability, the place did close until 9pm and both Angry Beaver Smash rooms were available in scheduling, and the smash room appointments are only 10 mins long with the average person only spending 3-7 minutes in the room (per mgmt review elsewhere). The parking lot only had one other car besides ours. it was not busy AT ALL. The attendant offered us no resolution other than to keep our money and told us to have a good night. Yes we were late, poor logistics on my part, mistakes happen. But the lackluster response, clearly wanting to close up and go home, and the skeleton crew on a Saturday night demonstrated everything about this establishment. Save your money and find another venue. (This review is written by me and expresses my free opinion on this business and how we were treated)

All the puzzles were pretty difficult but not impossible. I was pretty excited and curious to go in. I had never done an escape room before, actually. I was with a group of about eight people. We were doing this as an after school field trip/adventure. They blindfolded us and had us Congo line in, that is to say each person put their hands on the shoulders of the person in front of them. The person at the very front was one of the staff members. I don't want to spoil any of the puzzles. If you are stuck on something, do not be shy in asking for hints. If everybody in the agrees to it, they will give hints. We had to cooperate a lot, we all had to engage different parts of each puzzle. Again, not to spoil much, One guy would be the paper guy, another would be trying to pick a lock or find a key, another would be trying to figure out a different code. We had to divide up the labor in order to get it done. They leave clues everywhere, so you have to look everywhere. Towards the end as the countdown was running out of time, especially the last five minutes, they turn on creepy music. It was very stressful but a lot of fun. My inner gamer came out in those last five minutes. If any of you have played video games with the creepy music, you know what it's like. Afterwards we went out for ice cream because there's a cold stone like three minutes away. I would absolutely go back. I would make sure to use the bathroom before hand. I would also make sure to drink more because it's a little warm, and in those last five minutes I was sweating quite a bit. They'll let you bring a water bottle. Be prepared for some curveballs, they don't restrain themselves from some surprising stuff. I will tell you what they were, but it's spoilers. One of the guys on our team had already done escape room before, so he had an idea of what to look through. He hadn't done this one, but he done another one. I would never have thought of looking or trying some of the stuff that he tried, and that really helped us to be able to get through. I think they have room for like 10 or 12 people max, so 9 people was not bad. One of the guys in our group did not want to get any hints at all for the first half hour, and so we kept getting stuck on stuff and not being able to move forward. We made the deal that if we're not out in the first half hour, then he cooperates with hints. The whole time was One hour, so it took us almost that whole time to get out, and half of that was with the hints. Don't be shy about... I wanna tell you about it but it would be a spoiler. Enjoy yourself. Have fun.

We said yes and took time to walk next-door and get some food and then came back and did the playground which was a lot harder than expected but we got out of there with about six minutes left. The staff was super friendly and helpful and joked around with us since it was two couples and there was a little bit of arguing over certain aspects! I would recommend this for anybody looking to do something on a weekend and we will definitely be back!

Gold Rush is more of a linear puzzle finder-solve this and it leads you to the next thing. Both Playground and Heist are designed for the feral teams who all want to grab and solve as the spirit moves. I like feral play, but linear still has some surprises and delights. The production value is always high and the people behind the scenes are so very nice. The only weird step is that post game our runners have all been pretty aggressive with the "please give me a glowing review, scan my qr code on my badge, we are in a competition for best escape game right now" speech. I don't know if they get an extra tip or what, but it has happened enough times now that I think it is part of their training. It doesn't ruin the event or anything, it just kinda comes out of nowhere since you haven't actually spent much time face to face with this person. Want an adventure, bit also want that adventure to last no more than an hour? Go, enjoy. It's a good time. Promise.
