The store is easy to find and when I entered I was greeted warmly. The salesman immediately asked if I needed helped and proceeded to retrieve my online order. Once I received my order I decided on a different bike because the one I ordered was too small for my son. The manager (Dennis) jumped right into action to start my return, showing me different bike options and inspecting the new bike I chose. The bike was on sale and I thought the overall value was good, the selection was vast too. The store was clean and each employee that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I frequent CAVA, Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Wegman's, Izakaya 68, and several of the shops (J.Crew Factory, DSW, Michael's). It's convenient and has a great variety of businesses, but the traffic in and out can be a little crazy. Other than the occasionally crazy parking or traffic to get in and out, it's a really convenient shopping center.
