Then we asked again if they can just share with us what we need to replace the sweep with, she came back saying we can pick it up at their location for a specific price. We just wanted to know what we can replace the sweep with (because it is not an expensive fix) but they did not want to reveal it but tried to offer to have a service call to fix it. Everything from regular glass tops to tempered, plexi and safety glass is available. They will measure, pick up and deliver if needed. A little on the high side in terms of price, but I always felt the customer service aspect warranted it. My only gripe is that even though we give them a fair amount of business, I once was quoted a price for a customer and then had it changed for an upcharge THEY forgot to add. When I asked to have them honor the original price since that is what I had quoted my client, they refused and ended up losing quite a nice sale.

Not only did they replace, they showed me how to clean and what to clean with to not damage. In addition, they adjusted the door so it would swing closed. Cost $60.00. I thought that was a fair cost. As they were leaving, I inquired if they replaced glass in mirrors. I handed over a full length antique morror encased in wood that belonged to my Great Grandmother. I requested a beveled mirror. That took about 4 weeks and was a little under $300.00 (what I expected). Both jobs were executed beautifully and professionally.
